@@baavproductions noticed you put them in dip tank with ink on screen still. If you clean the screens first the dip tank solution will last a lot longer and less messy and sludge when you pull them out.
@@SPYLXER In small productions situations this is true, in big production situation where your constantly reclaiming screens, i preffer an ink and emulsion remover, then dip the screen and immediately pull back out to let it sit for a little, the chemical on the screen will still do its job, the biggest mistake most people make is letting it sit in the solution to long, ive sped up my process and saved alot of chemical this way, ill be looking up easiway chemicals after this though, looks like it did a good job, i use CCI
