🥀 finding motivation, overcoming fear and rediscovering my passion in making art✨

when I first started this channel, I was doing it for fun. I figured since a lot of people were staring a youtube channel during quarantine, why not start too?
at that time, I hadn't made art for myself in over a year. I was so caught up with my job and life. the days spending painting, sewing and making crafts seemed like ages ago that I was even scared to start. it felt like I forgot how to pick up a brush and start painting. it was scary and I was filled with self doubt and anxiousness. and when I try to start again, I kept thinking "maybe I'm not good enough", "maybe I'd forgotten how to paint or sew again", "there are millions of more talented people out there, why should I try?".
I come across channels like kelogsloops, kelly stamps and especially haegrendal and they inspired me so much. I wanted to rediscover my passion again and I'm glad that they're all there to give me one final boost to create.
we've just passed 100k subscribers and it feels absolutely unreal. if eight months ago you told me I would be where I am today, I would've laughed and not believe you. I'm beyond grateful to have every single one of you supporting what I do and I want to keep sharing my art and knowledge with you.
if feel like how I felt - and still feels- months ago, please know that you're not alone. it's scary to start new things or even rediscover old passion. but the best way to overcome your fear is to start. even without inspiration or motivation, sometimes the first step is the key to trigger the motion. and eventually you'll find your flow.
