I was able to knit a perfect shawl collar on a little cardigan I’d made last year. The shaping and construction foundation given here was just the guide I needed.

I have seen people use the short rows for graduated binding off too. Instead of binding off 3 stitches just knit up to the last 3 slip, loop and turn. Keep doing that until you are ready to bind off all the stitches. When binding off, you just have to pickup the stitches like you did & knit them together before binding off that stitch 😀

Thank you for showing how to do the collar. I’m knitting a cardigan fo myself. I didn’t understand the pattern I have how todo this. I need to be shown how to do something than reading the pattern.. May I ask how can you speak English so good? I'm from Turkey and I wonder that because you are Turkish too I guess?

I was born in Canada that is the reason I can speak English very well. I learned Turkish when I went to Turkey. I was 10 years old. I still struggle between Turkish and English because of this reason. When I speak automatically I speak English. If I need to speak Turkish I have think as some words are very close to each other in Turkish.
