Peppermint is good to get rid of flies or anything with citrus. Mint leaves with water or lemon juice in a spray bottle and spray around the base of your home and windows.

Living in the country, the only thing that worked for me was outdoor fly tape, they come in big rolls from farm stores and an plug in fly trap inside,there are a few brands, it’s like a night light with a refillable sticky backing.

Thank you for being so real and showing us that it is OK to lack motivation and that life is never perfect. Too many vloggers want to portray a false lifestyle that many can't meet the standards to have. These struggles only strengthen us and allow us to develop coping skills that our children can have as examples. You have motivated me as I sit here loaded with depression, stress, and completely overwhelmed with my house. I've let it get to a place where it is a struggle to bother with it at all. I work 2 jobs, full-time school, custody of 3 grandkids (1 handicap), and husband works on the road and only home every few months. I appreciate you taking the time to show us we are all ok not to be so perfect. I'll be going on a 'Guilt Free Momma' binge, you've hooked me!

It’s *so good* to see you again! 😊 I get these sticky clear strips (I think there are a few makers) to put on windows and the windows in doors for flies. Can not stand those things buzzing around 😣 Girl I went through it in May 😩 had a grand with pinkeye, I ended up with adenovirus, laryngitis/bronchitis, pneumonia and sepsis 😞 5 days in hospital. Lungs still weak, early COPD I guess. Trying to keep blood pressure stable, struggle often to get systolic okay w/o diastolic being too low 🤦🏻‍♀️

Glad you are back and doing well. You and the kids. Taking time out for mental health reasons is definitely a must. My teenager struggles with mental health and when she’s going through, I’m going through with her because it’s hard to not truly understanding her struggles but wanting to support her at the same time is very overwhelming sometimes. Hi Karima , you look great. I’ve been going to pain specialist for my right hip. It was hurting a lot and they put me on hydrocodone. They really help, but I don’t want to be addicted. I have to get a shot every six months. It’s a long story and I can’t tell everything on here. You’re such a sweet person and your personality is amazing. The kids are so tall now..
