The problem is , most people know that bullying exists , but never make the link , even when they hear The Gossip at the table over and over , or think, years down the track the new people at the company all find out the Goss, it's the Covert workplace bully , defaming someone for the etc , 20th time .

How much do you think it’s the result of trying to right an injustice they had happen to them? They end up committing more injustice to find out it doesn’t help. What does then help would you say?

I think how much someone is trying to right an injustice varies. I've listed just 5 reasons. Some or all might be at play, depending on the person. What would help is awareness! We can't change what we aren't aware of. So if someone recognises that they might be bullying others, that's a brilliant start. Next is to seek professional help from a Coach or Therapist, and if that feels too hard, read, watch videos (there are tonnes on RU-vid on this topic), and educate yourself. Another great tool for raising self-awareness is journaling. Getting everything out of your head and onto paper (hand-written or typed) is a great way to work through things, especially where emotions are involved. Hope that helps.
