Wow, this one video has a lot of info in it. I need to watch this a few more times and see how to use all these things, thanks for sharing! One question, when you paint over an existing layer or material, is there any "artifact" of what you've drawn? (Not sure if that makes sense) The way I'm used to coloring over layers or recoloring lines would be in a typical drawing app using a layer that clips down to the one below. So if you were to do this purple coloring in photoshop or clip studio, it would just be another layer that you drew some purple lines and clipped them to the entire character or just the outlines, etc. I'm asking because I wonder if you were to draw this purple coloring and then want to change it later, how would you get to just the purple part? Or to remove the purple? Or is it just permanently attached to the grease pencil layer and the only way to undo the purple would be to draw the character again?
At around 0:36, how did you get the tint color option to not color the entire hair orange until you scrolled over it? For example, I created a grey filled circle and used a pink colored tint option. It automatically colors the entire inside of the circle pink instead of letting me move across the circle and only change half of it pink.
