In this lesson, you will learn how constant accelerated motion fundamentally works in physics. We will first discuss constant acceleration in the context of the equations of motion for one dimension.
We will spend time discussing the units of acceleration and how to plot the position graph, velocity graph, and acceleration graph in order understand where the equations of motion with constant acceleration come from and how to use them.

Great explanation of the motion formulas, I was taught and learnt them "parrot fashion", after 45 odd years you have shone the light and expanded my understanding . (Of course, like you have shown, a good student should / would have delved deeper to figure out the meaning of the formulas rather than just accepting them) Thanks very much.

Considering the gravitational acceleration g = 9.8m/s^2 If time period of fall = 1sec Velocity = at = 9.8m/s Displacement = at^2 = 9.8 ×1= 9.8m Time = 2Sec Velocity = 9.8 × 2 = 19.6m/s Displacement = 9.8 × 2^2 = 39.2m If time = 3 second Final velocity = 9.8 × 3 = 29.4m/s Displacement = 9.8 × 3^2 = 88.2m This proves that we can not apply the law of motion equations on this condition. When an object role over the earth we can apply the rules of law of motion.

@Math and Science I enjoyed the video. As you are an expert in gravity theory, could you explain to me why when I am standing on the earth I am being accelerated up. I know there is a normal force against the pseudo force created by curved spacetime. This acceleration shows up to me if someone falls off a building and so he is unhindered by force and sees the earth rushing up to him. what causes this expansion of the earth - electromagnetic? internal pressure? Thank you

Your position (or displacement) should be s(t) rather than x(t). Being as s(t) is the standard displacement formula for particle motion.

WHY THE THEORETICAL, CLEAR, AND BALANCED MATHEMATICAL PROOF THAT E=MC2 IS F=MA ESTABLISHES GRAVITY AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/ENERGY: TIME is NECESSARILY possible/potential AND actual IN BALANCE, AS E=MC2 IS F=ma ON BALANCE; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. Gravity IS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy. E=MC2 IS F=ma. This NECESSARILY represents, INVOLVES, AND DESCRIBES what is possible/potential AND actual IN BALANCE, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. Gravity AND ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy are linked AND BALANCED opposites, AS E=MC2 IS F=ma ON BALANCE; AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/ENERGY IS GRAVITY. Gravity IS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy !!! ("Mass"/ENERGY IS GRAVITY. ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. E=MC2 IS F=ma.) TIME DILATION ultimately proves ON BALANCE that E=MC2 IS F=ma (ON BALANCE), AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity. Gravity/acceleration involves BALANCED inertia/INERTIAL RESISTANCE, AS ELECTROMAGNETISM/energy is gravity ON BALANCE; AS E=MC2 IS F=ma ON BALANCE !!! So your actually wrong and I'm the one you call God! So an unnatural state always causes time and time is a conceptualization, it doesn't exist. So velocity doesn't exist either because time once again. That pretty much solves everything. Start with what you can see in a natural state. Also gravity its just time. What do astronauts do in space, float because there's no time. Love yah! Really is the secret to everything!!!!!!!!!❤
