When I met her I thought I could never miss
But when she left me she took a piece of my heart with her
Now that she's gone I wish my memories would blur
She gave me hope that I could learn to love again

Now I'm back to square one, this time with more issues
Even with all this hurting I find that I still miss you

Trying to break this cycle, I'm sick of feeling down
We had so many memories all over this small town
She gave me hope in myself, I thought that I had progressed
Now I'm losing sleep, I'm overwhelmed with stress
I try to fake a smile but I can't stay positive
If this feeling never ends, I might not live
I had plans for our future, but I guess now they're gone
You refuse to talk to me so I wrote this song
