Dear Mr. Peterson, I am a fan and I want to thank you for opening new doors every day in my life. Here I want to say that among all videos I have watched,this one was the best , cause I could see you and your audience face and especially their facial reaction while you were talking (other videos showed just the back head of students). There is also another point, I feel like 10 years ago students were focusing more on what you were saying in comparison to current videos(maybe because they are focusing more on typing in their laptops). As a person who watch your videos,I enjoyed this video more. I just said it to let you know about my feeling on watching your great videos and lectures. Hopefully it can help you in making future videos. Finally I want to say that you are the one every person should listen to . Keep teaching us and know that there are a lot of people love you and your ideas.

This man is an icon. Also, he was rather handsome in his younger days. It would have been amazing to have sat in on one of his lectures.

Toward the end when Peterson was talking about how we are more than the self when we discover we might die for our children I started flashing back to scenes from the movie "Children of Men". That's a movie about how society crumbles when women lose the ability to have babies. Humanity has no future in the movie and so nothing left to hope for beyond one's own life.

If anyone is interested in the piano music, Philip Glass has similar work on his "Glassworks" album. It's a good substitute until Peterson releases an album himself :P

A violent event from past gave me ptsd and made me somewhat agreeable person but now when I think about what happened I get angry and think of unimaginable torture on people who did wrong to me. This affects my life I get very angry and causes me to fuck shit up in the present.
