You have done a lot in your place ! It's looking so nice, as far as the bathroom cabinets, don't put handles on the area that do not have a working drawer, people will pull on it until it get loose ! 😊👍💕💕💕
Make sure that when the top is on the mobile island that its the same height as the counter, if you wanted to wheel it over in front of the dishwasher it could be an L like you originally thought to do. My parents have had a mobile island in every house since 1976, mom would always wheel it over to the counter while making big dinners like Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. You may never us it that way, but you give yourself the option.
You're making good progress. Cabinets in the kitchen look great against the blue color. Nice vanity set up in the bathroom with the black lights above. Thanks for showing the updates!
Everyone talking about the mud job....that's the style, its supposed to be that way. Very common in parts of the US. Looks good man I've enjoyed the series, lets get the shop filled up with toys!
If you want to save money on deck railing, I've seen some very cool examples using rebar as the railing spindles... Beautiful place! I'm getting ready to meet with a builder to hopefully build something very similar! God Bless!!
Make sure to fill those gaps in the spray foam with some can spray foam, the part in master bath behind the wood section. Any gap beside the framing and insulation is just money out the door.
That’s weird that a gfci is required for a fridge there since you would have to pull the fridge out to reset it. Here in Utah we just run a dedicated for it. And if it trips when you aren’t there food could spoil.
Hey brother, great work! Quick question, what drywall finish did you go with on your walls? @4:10 it looks add to me, just wondering if it was intentional or not.
I didn't see if you had a shower door or not. And if you had a stud in the wall to mount one. Most everyone I know that has a walk in shower with no door says the draft that comes in is uncomfortable. Open your shower curtain or shower door on a tub set-up and you'll see what I mean
@@Create208 Yeah I've had a few inspectors over the years try and pull that one with me. I'm surprised he's is ok with you using a gfci receptacle where it's not readily accessible (behind the fridge) per 210.8
@@Create208 It is up to you, but to me it just looks like a really bad job of mudding. Anything I have seen that is textured looks relatively even, yours doesn't, just looks like someone didn't care
@@hughroney6342 It's the type of texture. Some call it 'Imperfect smooth', but it's basically a full coverage flat skip trowel. It looks like a fine job for that type of texture. It's become more popular as so many houses have orange peel now. Keep in mind texture is a very personal thing. What one person likes, the next may not.
