Celia Pacheco Hi in my case my cable for the window motor actually broke causing it not to be able to go up or down.

Interior Auto Mechanic how did u fix it tho

The only way to fix it is to replace the wire with a new one from Acura.

Ruben Fabela my window regulator was bad. Its not too bad to replace. Unfortunately I didn't make a video on it. If I have time soon I will.

Does it work on either switch the driver's side switch or the passenger side switch when you try it?

@@Glodave chances are it's a motor if it's not working from either switch.

Doug Hoyt Hi Doug, Around the 3 minute mark it shows the back of the door panel. The piece you are talking about will probably have to be removed after you take the door panel off. In order to remove it I am guessing (because mine is put back together currently) that you will need to take some Phillips screws out on the back side of the pocket on the rear of the door panel. I'm sorry for not making a video on it; currently we just have some nasty weather. Hope this helped have a great day!

I could be very wrong however I do not believe there is a way for you to remove the compartment without removing the door panel the door panels very easy to remove as you can see in the video realistically that would be the easiest and fastest way for you to find out how to fix the compartment instead of searching online forever. It should be similar however it will probably have less screws to remove. I'm sorry the car is long gone or else I would film another video for you.

Remove the fender and remove the 6 bolts holding it on the car and unplug the harness.
