The thickness at the site of entry of anterior ethmoidal artery into lateral lamella of cribriform plate is 0.05 mm.

Scott - Brown's otolaryngology text 4th &5th edn is good for basic sciences. Shambaugh's text book for ear is a must. Also read stell n maran as reference. Stamburger's text is there for endoscopic anatomy and procedures. ' *ENT practicals made easy' (Jaypee brothers) good as handbook for practicals.*
