Ok i was able to take it apart now I have to put it all back together with new parts. Disassembly is the easy part it's the putting back together what I need help with. I bought 3rd party parts that are slightly different but are compatible.

I don’t have the hitch. So I guess my bumper is held on by the 2 rear most bolts .

for re installation, is there a torque recommendation sheet for these bolts?

What are the torque specs?

Did all these steps and my bumper is still not coming off (2010)

Holy lord, I live in Florida so if I saw a truck with this much rust I'd call it a liability to drive. You northerners are crazy.
