1. Educational background 2. Caste/creed 3. Mindset towards politics and economy 4. Family background 5. Professional mindset Test: Approach the boss with choices and involve him in the decision making problems.
I didn't know before joining work for my ex-boss that she was a divorcee, recenlty remarried childless woman of 50 years of age. I regret working for her each day of the job. She had unrealistic expectations from her employee as she had worked tirelessly for 20 years without zero responsibilities towards her home, moreover she had multiple health problems like migraine and spine issues which went on to show how overworked she was. I left her and couldn't be happier now. I promised myself never to work for a single or divorced middle aged women ever again.
This is a true. So far worked with 3/4 bosses and have seen this playing out. My first boss had undergone a divorce and second one had a happy family life with a working wife..I had seen clear differences between their dealings with family issues for employee. The educational background of the bosses also change their behaviour to the employee. With few exceptions we have seen, bosses who had a foreign exposure are better at understanding work life balance and are less khatpatau type..Its easier to work with them than someone who did not have a good educational background and keep on misbehaving with subordinates. While watching your video, I was recollecting, the buttering part also. One who does buttering, excerpts to be buttered. But the others don't. Thanks for putting all the points precisely. I will any day look for a boss, if given a choice, who has a good educational background and a happy family life with good work life bakance sence ...Life becomes a lot easier that way!
One of my boss' was very miser, later I found his family was very poor and he had a tough childhood so now he is habitual to save money, even when there is sufficient budget and no body will ask why he spent money. In the same company, the other managers were not that strict on expenses. Also, his previous company, where he spent a long time, had strict rules for employee expenses, so that may be another factor for his weird behavior.
My mindset, I don't even know the full name of my boss...I believe in perfection all things are added to me as an added effect...Result no excess energy is consumed...rather being neutral and clever...be an innocent as dove and shrewd as fox...
Or either way they say Meri wife bhi to ker Rahi hai I have heard bosses saying pregnant hain to kya hua This is natural And forces to work 150km away from residence by Transfer
100%agree , the boss behaviour will tell you about his standards . The way he behaves with his employees tells a lot about his prrsonality, upbringing , way of life . 😊🙏👍❤️
It is very true whatever you said whole upbringing and background of Boss totally impacts subordinates life and Job, when I analyse my own life bosses from good family background were soft spoken and decent they were supportive on the other hand bosses having struggling background in terms of family background and education they were toxic most of the time. Some time I am amazed how you find such unique topic thanks for sharing this wisdom in such a layman language. 🙏🙏
Happened once at a friend's gathering. Said that everyone should take a vacation from their jobs with their family separately without indulging in each other's competence level. Then left the place within 2 mins immediately. Precaution is sometimes best than some extraordinary persuasion, I guess. 😅😅
E We Followers Know, how hard you try to create a new path and topics for us. Thank you guru ji By God's grace most of my bosses were nice and helpful. I wish them all the best
However hard we strive to keep our professional and personal lives separate, it is practically not possible. Our behavior at work is influenced by our emotional state.
My suggestion: if u r in a stable job, train your mind to focus on positive aspects of your boss and think good about him/her. Don't judge, don't crib. Positivity is contagious.
Very first order thinking will be playing out But phenomena plays out in not accordance as you expect coz behind it there is always complex adaptive system Sango just saying that how to play as playing out of any phenomena is inevitable.
Such casteist person. Why do you always target a perticular caste? Why don't you give examples from caste atrocities being committed in private sector?? Very basic level of thinking, anyone can think of these points if know about organisational behaviour .
Great video sir, I have been working on idealistic mode for a long time. I do resonate with what you say. It took time for me to realise this but I fully agree with what you have said in the video.
Sirji namaste. Please tell how to work in office with non cooperative and non friendly colleague's, who take help and turn back when we need help .also does lots of office politics. Make a video on how to handle colleagues.
Guruji mai toh abhi 22 yo hu, job market me just entry karne wali hu, already tools ready hai aapke wajh se ki work situations me kaise deal karna hai. Extremely thankful to have found you guruji. Ab badhiya dimaag lagake kaam karpaungi.
Pausing the video in between and writing. Small cities me ye bohot hota hai. I have faced office politics and couldn't understand initially for 2-2.5 yrs why this happened to me. You understand things and communicate to other colleagues but despite being older than me they couldn't understand what I was saying. I learnt that open up only before like minded people.
