Tips - How to conduct at workplace.

1. Don't fight your colleagues' battles.
2. Don't indulge in gossip (chugli) at the workplace.
3. Don't increase the aura of the boss by bitching about him/her. Whenever you make somebody an object of laughter (uphaas ka patra) or demonize him, you are increasing that person's energy. Don't make your boss Gabbar otherwise his aura keeps increases. (Politicians at times try to instigate you so that you hate them)
4. Do not make friends at the workplace. You would never know what would they tell and to whom which may be used against you.
5. Do not become vulnerable at the workplace by exposing your life, your personal troubles
6. Increase your Aura and presence at the workplace - Always wear better clothes than your boss. Your shoes should stand out. A person who gets better dressed gets more respect even in the same job.
7. Always speak with your boss in English even when he tries to speak in Hindi. It's a formal language and it helps in maintaining distance. Hindi brings you closer.
8. Boss may not have work himself, so don't talk to him all the time.
9. Show yourself as busy. Be efficient so that you can work fast but do not deliver fast. It should take the same time.
10. There is no point in being a team man / team player. Somebody else gets the benefit of it. Either somebody at the top or some other person in the team due to team politics.
11. Maintain professional boundaries with everyone at workplace.

5. Doesnt do anything meaningful himself, so would not let you do the same.
Dealing with a toxic boss
-------------------------
1. Call out his toxicity in private.
2. Don't discuss with other colleagues.
3. Tell your time, your boundaries.
4. Work will happen this much only and in this much time only.
5. Keep social distance with this person. Do not let him know about your personal life.
6. A person is same in all lives personal or professional - Not different in two places.
What if the boss says - "I am not happy with you"

1. Don't defend or justify anything.
2. Say my wife, parents, kids no one is happy with me, even I am not happy with myself. But you seem to be happier - please guide.
