【Mocomichi Style】#063 Japanese style pasta with sakura shrimps and asparagus~topped with onsen tamago
【Ingredients/amount】
Pasta (1.6 ㎜)-----160 g
Vegetable oil-------1 tbsp
Sakura shrimps---60 g
Asparagus----------4
Grated garlic and ginger---½ tsp per each

Salt and pepper------a little per each
Light soy sauce------1 tbsp
Sake--------------------1 tbsp
Japanese stock soup----2 tbsp
White sesame-------------1 tsp

Onsen tamago------------1
Grated parmigiana cheese----------desired amount
Coarsely ground black pepper------a little
【Cooking process】
①Boil pasta with salt.
②Cut asparagus vertically into 4 pieces, add them in ① and boil them and take them out.
③Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry up sakura shrimps, add garlic, ginger, and asparagus, and fry them all up.
④Add the boiled pasta and A in ③ and fry them up.
⑤Decorate it on a plate, top it with onsen tamago, sprinkle the grated parmigiana cheese and coarsely ground black pepper.
【Tip】
*You can always use boiled spinach, komatsuna, or mizuna instead of asparagus.
*You can always use dried young sardines or dried sakura shrimps instead of sakura shrimps.
