【Mocomichi Style】#057 Japanese style bottarga pasta with canola flowers and bamboo shoots
【Ingredients/amount】
Pasta (1.6 mm)---160 g
Garlic------------------1
Bamboo shoots (boiled)---1/2
Canola flowers (boiled)-----6
Vegetable oil----------------------1 tbsp
A)ーーーーーーーーーーーー
Salt and pepper--------a litter per each
Bottarga powder-------3 tbsp
Butter/--------------------2 tbsp

Sake-------------1 tbsp
Light soy sauce----1/2 tbsp
Bottarga powder---1 tbsp
【Cooking process】
①Boil pasta in lots of water with salt.
②Chop up garlic, Cut bamboo shoots into thin rectangles, cut canola flowers diagonally into 3 - 4 cm pieces.
③Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry up bamboo shoots, add garlic and canola flowers and fry them up.
④Add boiled pasta, A, and boiled soup in ③, add light soy sauce, sake, and bottarga powder, and mix them all up.
⑤Decorate it on a plate, sprinkle bottarga powder (desired amount) if you want.
【Tips】
・Cooked bamboo shoots give this dish both taste and color accent.
・You can always sprinkle a grated parmigiana cheese over this dish.
