I feel you pain. I think it comes down to if we want to do something for our kids and give them a brighter future or stay in the roughten system and try to make something of it and hope for the best for the next generation. sometime even with a certain authority your feel so much ristricted and limited you just find it easire and better to get out of and and ensure better future for the kids.

Ashir has run away to Canada to seek peace for himself and security for his family. I believe he made the wrong decision. I hope he gets what he is looking for. My experience is quite different. Your country of birth is like your mother. You cannot give up your mother, especially when one is quite grown up. Maybe you can, but your mother will never leave you. Canada is no paradise, it is just a country like any other. I have been away from Pakistan for almost 50 years now and I miss it every day like my real mother. My father took early retirement from PAF so that we could have a better future. His life would have been all set but he knew with his honest ways and principles, he won't be able to provide us with the opportunities in Pakistan. Here we are in Australia for more than 2 decades and Alhumdulillah, life is great. Yes I have regrets and my biggest is that I can't change Pakistan or the people. The changes are so simple but yet too hard for the common people to adopt. I hope that "Naya" Pakistan emerges one day in my lifetime but who am I kidding!

Cant disagree to a single issue being mentioned sir. But disagree to to the fact that pulling out or leaving a country just because "system" is corrupt is not at all justified. Should we through Hope and optimism in Arabian sea. My life is hard and nothing seems to be right to me at all what should I do ? Pull my self out of this life/hang myself or shooting seems to be a nice idea ? No sir No there is always a hope and light in pitch darkness. We need to change our self...
