Thank you for the information. It is interesting to know how things work. We take it for granted when we buy things, and don't realize all the people involved in providing materials and labor to provide the needed materials.

I dub the audio on after the flight. I have an audio recorder and do the narrative as I watch the video and then edit the video and audio. I tried narrating as I was flying but it was too much gear to be running at one time. I wanted to concentrate more on the flying. There was also the wind noise problem as I was flying outside. I was talking to a friend one day and he said my videos were boring. I was editing a flight and was playing around with some sound effects one day to try to spice them up a little and happened to put the jet engine windup at the start of the video. I laughed so hard. I keep the jet engine windup at the start of all the videos to kind of remind me of that day and I still smile when I here it.

That was probably one of the best days I ever had for flying drones. 10 flights in one day, and all went smooth.

They use a conveyor to bring the iron ore to the ship. It is really a beautiful area.

There are a couple of different ways boats are loaded at Two Harbors.The dock that the ore boat is loading from uses a conveyor/storage/retrieval system which is fed from those huge piles of ore. The dock to the right of the boat loads them the traditional way via ore cars dumping ore into pockets which empties into the boats via chutes. The dock with the chutes is capable of handling natural ore besides taconite pellets but that’s a real rarity.
