Lou's Fish House is a smoked fish market and ice cream spot in Two Harbor's Minnesota. We especially liked their brown sugar Salmon, but the smoked cajun Salmon was delicious as well. All of their Salmon comes from a local fisherman that heads to Bristol Bay, Alaska every summer. They also sell a really nice variety of local cheeses, smoked shrimp, and beef jerky. Located right on Highway 61 so it's super easy to make a quick stop if you're heading through Two Harbors.
