I used most of your tips. And a piece of tape where the old hinge was located on pillar. It lined up ferfect ! Also racket wrench. And 1/4 inch drive sockets . Thanks!
thank you!!! this helped me so much! I was able to change my exact same one on my 13 sierra. that lower back bolt, man it was like sponge bob......2 thousand years later. haha one tick at a time.
The hinge pins do fail. My roller froze. I got is loose with a lot of effort and lubricant. Now, the lower pin is clunking 1/8" inch. Watching your video to see what it takes to replace the hinge.
Was wondering if you could add some insight on an issue I am having. I have a 2018 GMC duramax denali 2500 hd. Just recently, I have an issue with it cranking. I watched your vid on changing the Fuel Module. My issue is this, I just recently had it deleted and am having issues finding a fuel module. Could this issue be caused by having the truck deleted? If a new one is ordered, the dealership has to program the new fuel module, would this affect it again in the future? Just trying to figure out witch way to go. Once I clear the code, the truck does crank up but won’t crank a second time afterwards. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
For me on my 2009 Silverado crew cab the rear doors randomly lock and unlock, like even with the remote it don’t lock , or unlock I have to roll down the windows to did it manually, please help 😅
