The truth is Jax started all this and Sonny finished it. He shouldn't have tried to play dirty if he couldn't have handled it. Carly was actually trying to be the bigger person. But, Jax kept fighting her. Yes, Sonny gets his way. Lets not forget what Jax has done and what he did in the past. Even now Carly was still trying to be fair. I don't feel bad for Jax.

I notice Jax never mentioned he played dirty as well.

Okay I'm just saying, Jax set all of this in motion. He is the one who wanted full custody of Joslyn. HE is the one who started playing dirty, paying off the mediator to take his side. And Jax knew that Carly was going to keep Sonny and Jason in her life and had no intention of giving them up from the beginning and if he couldn't handle that he should have walked away long before a baby was brought into the equation.

Jax played a dirty game, got way too cocky, and paid for it in the end. Never understood how Sonny was the coward but, candy boy paid off a mediator to beat Carly, because there was never enough evidence. If Jason and Sonny were so much of a threat to Josslyn, how in the hell was Jerry Not.

I've always hated Jax but he should not have kept insisting that Carly was a danger to their daughter after the judge said he wasn't going to listen to unsubstantiated claims. Jax didn't help himself at all when he couldn't shut up and was showing the judge that he wasn't willing to compromise in his attitude alone. Jax was too busy acting childish to consider that following the judge's instructions to stay quiet would have been better for his case than pouting like a baby.

Hell, looking back, Carly could've called Jerry (HA!), Nikolas, Mac, Mike, Sam, .....

I have to be on carly side i am sorry for the rest of you but carly is trying to grow up and she try to work out with jax but his hate for sonny is stronger if he really cared for his daughter he would of works things out with carly but he did not. so sonny saw how he was talking trash about micheal and trying to us morgan, sonny saw red, so he help out carly. and carly was not thinking of what sonny did all she cared for her daughter.

One more thing, Jax bribed the Mediator. Sonny blackmailed the Mediator. There is a difference.

With Jaxs thinking then Carly should have said Brenda was a threat. She married Sonny, then he had her testifying. Wonder if Jax would kick Brenda out of his life for Joss safety. Because Brenda was a danger by being married to Sonny.

Jax is a Control FREAK! and not just during the custody. Looking back over the years, he tried to tell Robin what to do when she was dating Jason, the crap he pulled with Courtney was despicable and telling Carly how to deal with Michael's coma then trying to force her her to cut Sonny out of their lives.

Jax you showed your spots you played dirty by using Carly’s other kids, another person’s wife, and paying off the mediator .... to get what you want. You played your hand which was dirty but you lost painfully. Carly was willing for joint custody. Also I would like to point out that when Michael got shot Sonny was really out of the mob. He got back in to get answers ... that’s how the Claudia fiasco started.

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone…….Jax caused all of this…….his ass was deceitful and self righteous…….he knew who Carly was faithful and loyal too…….Karma is giving him his just due……..Sonny don’t spend time thinking about Jax……if Jax would only mind his business and remain humble…….but his God complex got the best of him…….that fall from grace had to hurt!!!……even if he was set up……he now knows how it feels to hve someone go after him……he didn’t care if Michael made an innocent jail……as long as he got Sonny out of Carlys life……he should of gotten her pregnant first if he wanted that to happen!!!

I love watching the judge treat CandyBoy like the arrogant kindergartner CandyBoy is and CandyBoy has to sit in his seat and take it. How can CandyBoy be successful in business if he can't read clues and see signs that his approach isn't working? Alexis told Jax that the court wants to award shared custody and Carly openly working for that goal is looking better and better to the court. The judge himself lauded Carly in front of Jax for her compromising approach. And yet CandyBoy still thought he was holding the winning hand and arrogantly dissed the judge, twice. smdh.

AJ had to beg or resort to even worse to see Michael but I guess that is to good for Carly.

Wow Brenda, that "girl" is the love of his life. I used to like Brenda in the 90s, but when she came back acting all holier-than-thou I just could not stand her.

Sonny and Carly deserve each other. Jax and Brenda belong together raising Alec and Jocelyn. Sonny takes too much on himself, thinking he is judge and jury. I`m on Jax`s side in this because there is no compromising with Carly. She will always be hanging around Sonny and Sonny`s enemies will always be a threat to her and her children. Look what happened to Michael.

Brenda is a terrible actor! And so stank! Why she acting so surprised she knows how sonny is.
