I disagree, people find success where there is a growth environment ; You could be living in Bangalore and be stuck in a poor company / poor team, high rent, traffic, pollution (mumbai, delhi), selfish and inhumane humans, elitism and social isolation. Just shifting blindly to a big city will not improve you. Improve your skills and find the right environment, even if it is in a small(er) city.

@@bipinkumarcse I agree on that part, but I don't think just moving to a big city is enough and additionally there could also be disadvantages, you have to be in the right environment where you cannot just get in by moving places. If you can work remotely from a small town, there is nothing better than it. In large cities you will spend 2-4 hours daily in commute and the traffic, noise, pollution, honking will heavily drain your energy. In small towns, you will get more free time to work on your hobbies or side business or do self study. Also cost of property is far less. In large cities you can no longer afford your own house. You will be stuck in a tiny/small 1-2 BHK flat. It is like upper/middle class of small towns migrating to become middle/lower class of large cities.
@ClearCutRecaps
@ClearCutRecaps 9 месяцев назад
Right, scoring the same paycheck while working remotely from a smaller city is a massive win. Anyone wasting 2-4 hours commuting daily? Seriously dumb. Aim for a max of 1 hour by picking a decent place to live. Pollution's everywhere unless you're in the boonies or up in the hills. Housing comes at a lower cost in small cities, mainly because the folks there aren't pulling in hefty paychecks. And its a tough task to rent out your house in a small city. The whole "tiny flat" thing? It's all relative. Even in small cities, houses might seem like matchboxes to rural folks. Bottom line - if you're making bank in a small city, hats off! If not, stop hiding behind excuses and get off your lazy ass.

Guruji aap mahaan ho. I could relate to each and every point whatever you said in this video. I am born and brought up in Guwahati. And for the last 2 years I have been posted in Silchar which is the typical Chhoti shehar with Chhoti soch. Posted here coz I applied as Medical officer under State Government. Each and every point, the place hasn’t prospered even after so many years. First day I came in service I saw people only gossiping even doctors who are considered highly professional. Pettiness way way too much. People take every word personally here. Paise nikalti nahi logo se. Sab kuch free me chahiye. Fokat me dawai de do, fokat me consultation kar do. Yahi scene hai yaha Silchar me. In these 2 years however Guwahati has progressed like anything. Amazing infrastructure development. And so many startups have popped up there. I myself felt my thinking horizon being affected after coming here in Silchar. Honestly its been about 5 months since I have seen Guruji’s video and I have got hell lot of clarity on so many things. And 2 things I am definitely doing within 2024. 1. Leave Government Job 😂. Enough enough reasons to do so. 2. Go to Guwahati and setting up my enterprise there. There’s no point in living in petty Chhoti shehars. Sounds harsh, but is real.

@@himanshusingh5214 Yes they have to. If we look at China, we notice that they have almost over a dozen large cities. Taken Chongquin, what a beautiful city and a population of 3 crore plus. You may remember Wuhan, it has about 90,000 companies and most of them in robotics. Then I saw Ningbo, a port city a much smaller city with Punes population. Then Qingdao which has many industrial and chemical goods manufacturing is also a port city. China has about 30 cities of the size of Hyderabad/Pune. There are cities which are specific to certain type of manufacturing. And if you look at the industrial parks you will be stunned. The cost to ship a product from a Chinese inland city to US west coast is less than half of India. Similarly one should visit Vietnam and see the progress. So many new industrial and economic centers emerging. I was in Jebel Ali some 20 years ago and at Sohar port and what rapid development the region has seen. India is 25 years away. I am only driving home a point.

@@SUKHPREETSINGH-hy2zp The problem is his parents and his elder brother. He is into family business and he does not have any say on his salary. Whatever he gets/wants he need to ask his parents which in return need to be approved by his brother also. In short if he or his family wants something everything is controlled by his family. I have already spoken to him multiple times but he does not have any solution to this as he does not have any control on his money.

I disagree.This is the time of internet. So no need to move anywhere. After leaving this so called smart job, most of our cousins now shifted back to their roots. They are doing very well there. Many studied and now working abroad only to return and live a conformable life in rural set up where they have alredy invested in farm land, coffee estate.etc. we visit them regularly go there. They have all the fecility of city life. When they want they come to cities too. So a big no to this idea.

Real estate prices like Ggn mumbai Delhi Bangalore is rising rapidly an average Indian guy will have to work for 25-30 years for clearing emi of a 2 or 3 bhk house. Also India's major cities are lacking infrastructure and money so incapable of handling such huge population.

I make building plans for bungalows and residential buildings, but rarely any client will pay more than ₹2000/- for an original plan that you work so many hours on (including revisions). Sirji, You are speaking like a wise man. But pls consider these facts - some of our cities are already bursting at the seams with problems of exorbitant rent, traffic, drainage and hygiene problems, and in general pollution and lack of harmonious existence vis-a-vis environment. Its not sustainable and utterly so in Indian context where development and transactions of day-to-day are chaotic. We have to talk about bringing some of those development agenda to second and third tier cities for more manageable outgrowth.

Gossiping is bigger in big cities. there are all kinds of people in big and small cities. In the end, it depends on the people with whom you are living, what mindset they have is the most important thing. even in small cities, people do not care about what neighborhood people are doing. they mind their own business. Even in the bigger cities, I have seen people wasting their time and not doing productive. In small cities, I have seen people being open-minded and minding their own business.

This is true for older generations coz u guys find it hard to ignore relatives and neighbors. Young people don't care about Pettiness of anyone, nor they give much time to others. Small towns with good internet facility, swiggy and other deliveries is very good for living. Less pollution,can afford bigger houses with gardens. Better food. Well educated Newer generations are living better and well rounded life in small cities. Interfering in each other's life is just a mentality, a habit and it can be changed by just ignoring like you ignore others in big cities. And the best place to live should be as per your profession and don't bother too much about how people are judging you.

@@patilsandipb That’s true buddy, some percentage of people do it in cities as well , mostly who got relocated to cities from small towns recently as mindset change takes some time! However in cities for e.g Bangalore - It’s rare, and also we always have the luxury of choosing our neighbours and friends in big cities , we can always choose who we want to become friends with , which locality we would want to stay, how do we want to spend our free time etc , whereas in small towns people are stuck with their neighbours even if they hate each other !
