Chassis number is 150, full chassis number is not known. This was the first UK registered Regera and last car off the production line in the 2019 manufacturing year of Koenigsegg Regeras. 2019 was also the 25th anniversary of the Koenigsegg brand. Full in depth video on the car on MR JWW’s RU-vid channel. I got to photograph this car at the Hampton Court concours of elegance in UK in 2020 and I’m impressed how the overall shape of this model is replicated so accurately.

I'm pretty sure the camera can't make enough justice for that paint job, either way, it looks amazing. All those black lines make this model one of my favorites from your collection.

i respect your opinion about autoart but i just prefer having autoArt for the openings like engine bay and trunks .... i just like discovering the model more than the selaed one ...

Awesome model! I have two FrontiArt Agera S and RS and the only thing that bothers me a little is that the carbon pattern is distorted in some areas because of the hydro dipping application, especially in complex shapes and panel edges

Just ordered Frontiart Koenigsegg Jesko 1/18 couple days ago from Prestige modelcars to Finland. Very, very good customer service. This was my first model from Prestige. This Jesko wasn’t my last model from him. And shipping costs to other side of the World wasn’t so bad that I was tought.👍

Love this video and the comment between AA and FA. Totally agree the FA painting and body shape is much better than AA. The carbon fiber decal further distinct the quality of FA. Fully opened is AA remains advantage. Interior details is another blind spot from AA as always. Given that AA has improved a lot in it's high end model.

that does look awesome Rob. nice grab. as model collectors its interesting how our opinions can differ so much. after half a dozen "high end" resins i cant do them anymore. to me having no access to anything makes them the toys in comparison to opening models let alone highly detailed diecast like cmc and the old autoart signatures resins just dont rate at all. im doing all i can to lap up as many signatures as possible and leaving resins well alone now.

I wonder why frontiart and you call them "option wheels"... Alloys are the base rims on the regera, the carbon are the optional ones. But anyway, IMO alloys looks better

What's the difference between this Frontiart Regera vs the Avanstyle Regera? Not talking about the extra fins and aero package. I'm talking about the details
@stselpidis
@stselpidis 3 года назад
For us in North America these high end resin models like Frontiart are basically double the price of an AUTOart. Are they double the quality, uhhh probably on the exterior finish but the AA offer 360 access for HALF the price. See perspective change depending on where you live. So I wouldn’t throw AA under the bus, at least not yet.
@ROBSMODELCARS
@ROBSMODELCARS 3 года назад
True, depending on your location around the world, prices are different on all models. As I said in the video, for me here in Australia, the resins don't cost much more than an AUTOart, so the decision is easier. I know some countries impose high taxes on packages coming into their countries, damn greedy governments which makes it a lot harder for collectors to have more of a choice.

@@ROBSMODELCARS Hey rob would like to know this Koenigsegg from frontiart is it made from resin or composite?

Great review as always. Thank you for your support Rob. The model is an amazing piece of (Fronti)Art and one needs to see it to believe the paint quality. The discount code found in the video is also valid until end of April. Only at PrestigeModelCars.com instagram.com/PrestigeModelCars

They are superior to Autoart but the least expensive model offered in red on ebay is 423 us dollars, 150 more than the Autoart. And when we compare open models from each brand, the Frontiart Regera is more than three times the price of the Autoart Regera.

Rob one question, if AA lowers the cost of their models to about $120, $135 or even $175 on hyper models would you still buy them?? resin models are killing them but also openable models brands like LCD and Almost Real
@ROBSMODELCARS
@ROBSMODELCARS 3 года назад
I have bought LCD and their models are fantastic for the price. I won't rule out AA yet, but time will tell.

autoart makes some great models, but on average i find they are about the same quality as otto, but for double the price Ps: Drinking game: take a shot everytime he says “carbon” 😂

Do you buy AutoArt models anymore?
@ROBSMODELCARS
@ROBSMODELCARS 3 года назад
Not really, although they have a few coming that I am interested in, like the Lamborghini Diablo SE30 Jota, Lamborghini Alston and maybe a couple of others, BUT, the models that they try to replicate carbon with textured plastic and charge US$300+ I am not going to buy at all. The days of AUTOart models being the best like 10 years ago are gone. They are charging stupid money for plastic models with less detail, and some not accurate details at all (Pagani BC engine lego block and wrong center switch panel) not limited at all and no COA or display case/premium packaging. They do all this for the profit now, their models are not collectable anymore as they are not limited and will not hold their value like the old AA models.

sealed models has disgustingly toy like shallow doors lines, and motor bay and front bay lines that automatically makes me think im dealing with a sort of cheap model... despite all the carbon fibers everywhere but sealed models are a NO NO all day long for me... i prefer open models with less carbon fiber... in the end is a win / loss relation having a sealed resin model
