I always try to find 1/64 models beside to my 1/18 models. This time I get this 1/64 Jesko before I just ordered 1/18 Jesko from Prestige. And Thanks to you Rob that I found Prestige modelcars.👌
That would go good with my 1/64th trailer truck collection (Peterbilt's, Kenworth's, and other manufacturers). I collect both 1/18th scale cars and 1/64th scale trucks.
I started model building with AMT truck models when I was around 14 years old. I won my first ever trophy as a kid for building a custom 1/25 Kenworth COE with low loader trailer and Cat dozer on the back. Ahh, memories.
Wow! That’s a nice gift. I looked these up cause I build/custom 64th too and they’re around $75. Not bad considering I don’t sell mine less than $100 and the paint is very nice and details are good.
haha 1/64 are so cute. actually saw these PGM brand 1/64 cars on ali with full opening parts! they look pretty damn good am very tempted to try one out.
Hi Rob yes I too collect 1/64 model cars my main collection is 1/43 Ferrari’s now vintage because I ran out of display space I use model railway cabinets to display my 1/64 🚗🚘
I hope I wasn't one of the ones who came off angry when I described my love for the smaller scale. Once you get a highly detailed ignition model 64, tarmack works, inno64, or any premium brand it just is astonishing how far the smaller scales have come from the simplicity of Hot Wheels. Also the aftermarket wheel, tire, and accessory sellers are amazing when you find the right person/group. Plus I love making dioramas involving any custom 64 I make. Actually I'd be interested in seeing what you could do on a 1/43 or 1/64 scale if there were ever free moments in a future time frame.
Actually I like 1/64 because it opens a whole another world of creativity. Sure you can customize cars and do all sorts, but at the end you have to put them behind a glass cabinet. These 1/64 are cooler in that you can have them in many types of dioramas. It makes collecting more fun when you can do more stuff with it
great video rob! btw, u once said u would compare the Autoart huayra roadster and the lcd roadster. U think thats still gonna happen? would be awesome tho.
Easy, the main reason is the price, I think that my more expensive 1:64 car is a Ferrari 250 GT SWB, one of 199 units made in resin with a leather base and acrilic box, I paid 100 Usd for that, but besides that my cars are mainly in the 30-40 dollars range, a 1/18 model is way to much money (for me at least) other than that they take up a lot of space, and I prefer to have many more cars that I want and like that just afford to pay for one big 1/18 or even a 1/8.
