I have some suggestions for that young Mr. Ochoa. First and foremost, it's common for the children of first generation immigrants to feel a lot of pressure from their immigrant parents to succeed, so what your experiencing is somewhat common. I would ask how much longer do you have left in school? If it's only a year or less, I would recommend just finishing that shit up dude. I can only speak from my experience, but at 28 years old I'm having to pick up the pieces of the last decade that I spent partying and not finishing anything I started. It hurt when I saw my fellow classmates move on without me. That being said, college isn't for everyone (I would even say that is has some major disadvantages for a lot of people). Perhaps a trade/trade school would be more to your liking. Whatever you do, I would recommend listening to professor Jordan Peterson if you need some direction. Young men, especially those who have been "downtrodden" in some way (poor, minority's) are really responding to his message. Society is increasingly telling us that men are bad, that masculinity is toxic. Because of this, men are increasingly dropping out of a society that is telling them they are the cause of all it's problems. I can only speak for myself, but Jordan Peterson gave this young dropout hope, maybe he can help you.
