I love your Weave in Wednesday plan. That's a great way to take bites out of less enjoyable steps in projects! And you're right, getting started is usually the hardest part. Good luck!!

Sounds like you’ve got a plan that will work for you! Love the sock color/s! The Granny Square sweater will be gorgeous! Love those colors. You’ll figure out the sizing / fitting issues! My list of things to make (finish, mostly) is ready. I’m also: “Weave-In Wednesday”, 30 minutes in the morning… lotsa socks, project ends, etc, so I can block (shawls/wraps). Once I start, I “may” end up working for an hour. But it’s getting to the starting line… Then there’s Finish It February. Learning I need to take baby steps. Cuz this adult-ing thing has been going on for so long, I think I’m regressing. lol Thanks for sharing, I’m off to the shop now!

Just wanted to give you some ideas for your blanket! Don't worry about weaving in ends...do either tassels to hide it or an envelope border...save yourself tons of hours weaving all those in...saved my butt many times lol!

I do love me a good tassel, but I'm not sure that's what I want for this blanket. I will look up the envelope border though! I've never heard of that! Thanks for the ideas!

Happy New Year, Lisa! It's been so wonderful catching up on your projects and plans in these two episodes! I find your creativity so inspiring! And good for you for taking time for yourself each day for self care. That's what I'm doing, too. Even as I watched, I was knitting on a hot water bottle cover for myself (pattern by Salt Water Knits), and not surprisingly my word for 2024 is Nurture. :-) Take care ❤
