Larry's eats this guy alive dragers www.nitrostreets.com Large scale RC drag racing, 1/4 scale dragsters, funny cars and pro stocks. 5th scale FG Modelsport and HPI Baja's
They got trees for these for this size snd smaller works same way has laser when it's broken it starts the tree like a real one thsy stage then by doing burn outs on carpet or payment their choice thr electric ones are super fast
I was fishing in JBay and bumped into some folks running a r/c dragster there. It looks lie the same place. I was impressed with the quality but machines and the speed. Made my day..
They’re very interesting. Have seen others like these but they all would have to have a quarter scale racetrack (finer ashphalt) to make it truly realistic.
When kid they had one these at hobby shop at mall man I used want it but it like$ 699. But I'm shure there mutch more now but it had blown v8 on it thers some amazing mini builds to the ones who take the time to build these mini motors amazing reely cool
Just wondering. Does it really make a difference in you're ET or speed after doing a burnout to warm the tires? Or is that just something you do to look cool?
Hi Mike I subscribed to your channel.. Im in NJ.. Not not familar with NYC or Brooklyn.. But after watching your videos and the gang of friends your club has acquired, It has caught my interest. I have a 1/5 scale Hpi Baha. I am interested in the dragster catagory. I hope soon, I can meet the guys and have a chance to race with the guys.. TC!
@@133levi Man, when I was only 8 or so we went to Floyd Bennet to fly planes. I looked across when I heard these dragsters and ran over. Asked my dad about them and he said custom built . I used to hang around the dudes there, super nice and enjoyed answering questions. This was in 1992 or so? Man, you guys been there 30 years, and also, shit Im getting older!
Man, I just knew RC cars, but I didn't knew there dragsters and funny car, I mean Daaaamm I want one =D (by fact I just have an old radio shack car, I believe it goes up to 3 or 4 mph, is a kids car, still fun to drive from time to time)
These things would be absolutely sick with a small two cyl snowmobile motor...maybe somethin out of a 250 sno pro sled. 60+ bhp out of a 1960's era motor.
Is anyone still racing the 1/4 scale dragsters? I'm helping someone figure out a no spark issue with his Pacesetter Funnycar. Need info on the coil and module assembly and where to find one.
Funny, the Mustang has been very successful in both SCCA and IMSA racing going back decades winning numerous championships along the way so has the Camaro. Chrysler Cuda and Challenge, not so much. Of course that's the real world not the internet were races are won by imagination and keyboards.
