HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN HOT WHEELS - TOP FUEL DRAGSTER 1/64 SCALE

This time I try to scratchbuild a Top Fuel Dragster, i see that some type of Top Fuel Dragster, mid engine, front engine and rear engine and also a classic Wedges Dragster, in this video i make the mid engine one and wanted to make the other later... maybe.
I use 0,8mm brass rod for the frame/chassis
1mm and 0,5mm plastic sheet/pla plate
sets of wheels, forgot what type and where I get it
and lots of coffee...

Bonjour le dragster et magnifique mais si ont regarde bien et qu'on pousse le soucis du détail on s'aperçoit qu'il manque un truc et ce truc c'est le parachute qui normalement devrait se trouvé la où il y a le petit truc rectangulaire a l'arrière sauf que là il n'y est pas mais sinon a part sa le dragster et juste magnifique et super bien fait bravo Aki husodo 😉👌💪

Looks awesome man. I love working with brass for my cages. I wanted to do this but haven’t gotten around to. I built a 1/4 scale about 8 years ago for RC drag in same style. Question, where’d you get the tires? I need a set for drag car I’m doing. Thank you!

Thats awesome, my biggest rc is 1/8 scale buggy. I get the tires from local maker Indonesia. But you can use from Hot wheels gasser.

Great build! I never even thought of building my own chassis in 1/64! Which is weird. I've built and modified chassis in 1/25. What do you use for bonding the tubes together? Have you ever tried soldering the pieces together?

does the glued brass hold nicely? I'm building sizzlers, and i'm a jeweler, so i'm soldering them, but gets messy too easily, i wonder if the glued brass can handle some crashes on the track.

It does not accurately resemble a hot wheels car. It I way too accurate, way too much day and like in the title, it’s 1:64. Hot wheels is all over the place which is why a hot wheels Mini Cooper is as big as a hot wheels ford bronco. It’s just way too good to be a child’s toy! Keep up the awesome work though!!!
