Very nice place, especially for the price. However, the drywall finishing is pretty rough along the seams. It looks like they did not finish it properly. This is not a big deal though. Love the pool!
That's a hard property to market, but you did a good job. 2 bedrooms but just one big bathroom? And that pool filter INSIDE the pool? No stove to cook? Refrigerator in front of the outside window? I would fire the architect, but maybe they didn't have many good choices given the property size. This looks like a vacation condo, not a place to live full time. I think it would also be best if the realtor coaxed the owner to depersonalize the condo, to make it more marketable. (i.e., those yellow chairs are really ugly.) But, the owner certainly has hired the most beautiful marketing agent in all of Thailand, and the price is good.
It does not have a stove but it have grill in front of the house. Her English is great a lot with that pretty smile and gorgeous eyes❤❤🎉. Also she said it can be according to what you want and how to your liking. Nice price. If that were in the USA to have and stove or range it would be another $20k so the grill would have to do. Also if they have good food restaurants around and the tourists hospital maybe food in the hospital is cheap a great. Nice how. How can a foreigner buy a house in Thailand
I feel like swimming pool is a waste, it's not really a swimming pool. Feels like 2 to 3 stroke from end to end. It would be better to remove swimming pool and add more space to the villa. There should be common swimming pool big size of course.
Is normal price for that small house , I bought 100% my own in bigger size apartment for 25k$ , next year I’ll buy property 1,5Hectare with house also 25k$ so Asia is not good deal

A mountain view can't compare with a sea view. But a nice condo out of town. A nice holiday vacation rental or buy. But you can't make these a home. They are too small and claustophobic.
Is this a villa? It's so ugly!!!! The kitchen is very dark and bland. Even bedrooms and living rooms without windows. No, a swimming pool is enough to make something beautiful. No it's worth nothing 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
