Best part of this recipe is it still keeps authenticity of the original recipe intact .people who are not fond of tasting anything else apart from (uraddal+rice) dosa,uttapam,appam this recipe is a must try.unless you disclose😄 nobody can find out the ingredients are different than the regular recipe.Also,as per nutrition and preparation timing it wins the diet plan..so 👌👌👌

My all time favourite is dosa and idly.... thanks for sharing this quick batter recipe please suggest non stick is good or iron tawa is good for making dosa as after some time dosa starts sticking in non stick and usually first ad second dosa spoils....
When making appam, after pour the batter covered with a lid, its cooks very well, in our place (Kerala), using appam chatti (curved kadai) for making appam.
