On Wednesday, December 15th, 2021, the City of Hoover hosted two town hall meetings regarding a proposed arts center for the community. The purpose of those meetings was to get input from the public on what they would like to see in a center. There were two meetings held that day - one at noon, the other at 5:00 pm.
