So I've done all these things & it has helped me immensely: slept with 3 pillows, increased my water intake, sipped a cup of warm salt water through out the day, inhaled a steam pot of eucalyptus oil over the stove intermittently throughout the day, rubbed vicks menthol under my feet. And of course asked Jesus for His help to take care of me. I'm feeling much better & lighter in the chest. Bless you for your channel.

Dr Mandell. Ty kindly. I had another MRI yesterday of my brain. The top of my head feels as if its being pounded on. Ive had 7 surgeries sinus over the years. 3 rhinoplasty to repair my nose. They went through my nose. Deviated septum Shared this w/you before. I had a large growth in my spenoid sinuses. Im having that same god awlful pounding. Eye & temper pain. Please pray 4 me yall. Amen, Brother! Sleep truly is when your body shuts down other body functions & devotes the majority of energy to healing the body’s wear & tear from the day. Of course,when we are ill, we need to give the body all the help we can to repair & heal. I was curious about this thyme/ginger tea. I like all the ingredients, but wasn’t sure if I’d like them together. It was delicious, and my nasal passages started opening up in just a few minutes. Whenever I’ve had throat mucus from cold/sinus I always drink hot water with lemon, ginger, garlic and a lil cayenne pepper. Works wonders! Along with gargling with salt water and peroxide

PERFECT timing! I love you Dr Mandell! I am a Family Nurse Practitioner. I have taken so much of your advice myself. Your suggestions of foods and supplements has caused healing in my body on issues related to chemotherapy I had 2 years ago. Nothing helped til I started listening to you and Dr Berg. Now my chemo-induced neuropathy is almost gone as well as other issues. Many of my patients are suffering from viral respiratory infections. They want antibiotics but of course that won’t help a virus and I always offer alternative treatments. Garlic is a great decongestant agent! Also gurgling with bicarb and warm salt water helps too if ur out of mouth wash!

All that you are saying is true. A half of a squeezed lemon in room temperature water always works for me. Hydration is very important.
