About 1:05 it's a Noteboom Variation, isn't it. Thanks for your recommendations for sticking to solidity instead of what is the fool's gold of chasing the latest gambit. Also, I simply don't have the time for Puzzle Rush or the Woodpecker puzzle focus. Solid positional chess with minimal tactics seems a more achievable goal.
Kudos for leaving the second game in there. IM drawing against 1750 online potato rating would have been slightly embarassing. Playing suspicious moves in an opening that's drawish anyway is a hell of a handicap.
hey Alex at 11:10 you said that’s the move i’m not be recommending…where ? do you have a slav course? i watched this series twice or maybe more and i already bought a course which i don’t like so …im waiting:)
Joc slava "deschisa" contra Gambitul Reginei, (am incercat semi Slava, dar mi se parea prea grea de jucat). In deschidere nici o problema, dar in anumite meciuri nu gasesc idei de atac dupa deschidere. Meciurile tale sint foarte instructive👍
Wish I could watch this but im running out of battery and my computers going to die within the next 5 minutes, Worst part is somehow the area where my computer is supposed to get plugged in is broken so I cant charge my computer D:
@@AlexBanzea white takes rook, black takes rook, white takes bishop(queen or king, doesnt matter), then black captures pawn e3(now both bishops are under attack) meaning that on the next move you can get 1 of the bishops back. At the end of the line both lost a rook and a bishop, but you end up with 1 more pawn
@@AlexBanzea i checked it with stockfish, following the Ba6 line, with best play, black wins the pawn , but is in a losing position (+1,38) bcs of the counterplay white gets. Nice line to check out tho
