Chris would love to see a sit down with you, Timmy and uncle John about the last few years and how you transitioned into starting up on your own and also how Timmy is doing in life.
I would have had to go change after that side slide lol more nerves then me haha . Ale found this interesting but over 50 and live owning a restoration shop so I don’t see me learning……. Other then watching here
That is the thing I have always like about youtube, out of the millions of channels, I was able to find like minded people that I believe to be simple, good, honest people. It is always a pleasure watching you and Tim O'Bryant. been following both of you for 7-8 years now, can't even remember anymore. Tim didn't have to come help you but he did. And the two of you talking about Logger Wade got me to watching him, now all his neighbors are doing videos and I like them too. Decent people, aint pushing nothing on everyone, just here enjoy my little project for a few minutes. Thanks for the videos, Chris.
I've been watching your videos for about 7 years now (doesn't seem that long). You really have come a long way. I still remember when you had just a tractor and a skidsteer. You are the perfect example of what hard work and determination will get you. I hope to be watching you for 7 or more to come.
Will there be a fire day later? Chris you look tired. Accomplished a lot of dirt moving and spreading today. Pond is looking good. You have great friends that know their stuff. Timmy on the dozer moving everything you threw at him. Good video. Get some rest.
It’s amazing how much dirt you can move in a day with that excavator. You are making quick work of this pond build. It’s going to be a deep one. I could watch you work all day.
The sheer mass and how much dirt that machine can move is insane, its crazy to think my little international 4900 is only capable of 1 scoop from that bucket. Hopefully ill be able to get to your size one day!!! Absolutely love the videos and always cant wait for the next one.
Hey Chris, Dang, I love watching that 550 eat dirt! It's good to see when RU-vidrs collaborate and help each other out. I used to be subscribed to Tim's channel, but for some reason, I haven't watched a CT3 video in a couple of years. Anyone who's willing to come help another RU-vidr out is worth a subscription to his channel. You and Tim should get allot of work done in the next few days. You all stay safe out there.
Good Lord young man, you two guys moved one mountain of dirt in a day, wow, nice job and the dam is really building up fast. Thanks for the update sir, enjoying this series.
Hi Chris, writing to you from Australia, we (husband and I) love watching your videos. You sure do know what you are doing, very professional, very neat and obviously an expert on ‘pond-dams’. Re pond-dams, these are fascinating to us, no such term (as far as we know) in Australia. We have dams, or tanks, which are generally water storage on rural properties, sometimes used for swimming on a very hot day, and sometimes containing yabbies! Then we have ponds, which are normally small, as in fishpond or lily pond! Larger bodies of man made water containments might be called lakes here. The idea of having the enormous pond-dams that you create is kind of mind boggling. Cheers from us, and keep on digging.
I’ve been watching you for wayyyyy too long to not immediately BLURT out COTTON TOP !! All these years and for that kind of history and damn I still love what you’re doing Chris !!
He would need to sell the farm to by one . I don't know what the price tag would be . But you would need to be sitting down with a very stiff drink to write that check.
Re posted from yesterday. Hi Chris. Due to the volume of messages you get I 'm not sure if you'll get to read this one but, I would like to let you know that I've been following your channel for years and really enjoy following your amazing projects with great interest. I guess like a lot of viewers I find your videos very entertaining, informative and relaxing. I also wanted to let you know that a late Christmas present turned up yesterday which was posted back on Nov last year from my lovely Daughter in-law. She is Canadian and sent me one of your t-shirts which I was thrilled to receive. Therefore this is a very well travelled t-shirt which started it's journey in the USA, you posted it to Canada and Kirsty posted it to me in England. I'd be interested to hear from all the viewers if you ordered or like me received one as a present, how far did it travel to get to you? BTW, thanks to you, I also follow Geoff's channel (Bealy Good) and enjoy watching when you two come together on projects. All the best from Dave in Kent, England
Cotontop is in NC!..I should have done a surprise visit from Va. and saw both of my #1 you tubers..I can’t leave out Mr Elite and DP..lol..enjoyed the video 👍
I injoy your video. I'm 72 and worked in construction building building's. We had equipment to prep our sites.i was superintendent and got to run machines.
ahh its so nice watching and running a machine when you don't hear any banging and clanging from worn our pins and bushings .... im jealous I would love to operate that sexy piece of art work lolol
Standing on the hill the camera view makes that pond look enormous Chris. You guys really moved the dirt today can't wait to see how tomorrow's looks like👍
Chris, It’s great watching the experts working and running the equipment. But what about bringing in a young man that needs to learn? Someone needs to train the next generation. I couldn’t imagine a better teacher. It’s nice to have someone to lift the heavy stuff for you.
Great video, you and Tim accomplished a lot in this time on this section of dam .very impressive as always.never fail to disappoint.just keep on doing what your doing.👍👍👍😎😎😎
It always fascinates me watching you develope a pond , that excavator is huge . I agree with Glynn Grauer , do it !!!! Chris is one of the very best heavy machine operators !
Was not the Tim I thought it might be but hey he knows his way around machinery and have seen him on your channel before. You two sure moved plenty of dirt in this video bro a big thanks to the 550 I would say . Look forward to the next video that's for sure. Safe travels
Dam Chris that is one hell of a days digging ! Tim certainly works the dozer well, Had my backside twitching when he first went along that top . 😂😂 Can’t wait for next video.
I love the little time-lapse that you do. I think it would be cool to watch a whole day's worth, maybe on top of the haul truck on a day you don't need it. It could be a bonus vid. Also... I love the work you do. I've been binge watching the 10 acre pond repair. Very professional work. I love watching your business grow like it has
Love your videos Chris, you got the best on RU-vid, can't get over how much an fast you have moved the dirt in that pond, you been working that 550 good, she ain't new no more, haha, thanks for sharing an I look forward to seeing the next video 💪🇺🇲
Glad you have nice dry dirt to work with. I can barely even walk across my yard in North Alabama during the Winter. It is amazing to watch that mega machine work. Nice to see my Mississippi neighbor on your channel !!!!!!! Safe travels to and fro Tim
That 550 gets the job done quickly you must love moving dirt that fast. Doing a great job as usual. Keep up the good work Good seeing Tim its been a while. God Bless. Later.
Thanks for the video Chris nicely done with the machines. Probably too wet for Tim to be logging, great job guys. Take care of yourself and family and Winston ❤️❤️👍✅.
Great to see you accomplishing so much so fast with the 550e. What’s it going to be like going back to the 220 to do big jobs like this? Watching from Australia 🇦🇺.
I've been watching Aussie gold hunters couple years now ... I can only imagine how much ground you could open up for detecting paddocks with one of those 550 beauties , especially if Chris was running it and digging Catto's paddock .
How do you do the skills you have are unbelievable how you can work out in your head how the ponds going to look it is amazing to watch would love you to do a video with you explaining how you manage to come up with the idea's and how you work out levels depths and shapes of your ponds keep the videos coming 😀
Now that's digging.👍 I gave up trying to work out the weight about half way through, you'd gone through somewhere like 3000-3500 tons by then I suspect.🤔 Probably double that and then some by the end of this video.🤨 Simply amazing. 😀Looking forward to the next one. 🙂Thanks for it all. Be well.😉
Oh Man !! I thought you was going to bury the dozer when you went off the side when you was pushing off the dirt pile but, you wiggled her on up and out of there !! lololo... Ol' Tim came up to help ya !! Was just watching him cut a big tree off a house the other day...lolol... You guys put a good dent in it today man, moved a bunch of damn dirt now !! I've said it on the last 3 videos , that 550 is something else man !! It can flat out get the job moving !! lolol... Hey Chris, Ask Tim on camera , what he thinks about operating that Big Beast !! I know he can run just about any machine too but, it's got to be a rush to operate that 550 !! Great as always Chris !! Have a Great Evening, And, On too the Next... I hit the "Like' first thing every day, seen a comment about that..lolol.. Everybody smash the like button, it really helps !!
Seeing how much dirt you had to move to build this dam, I understand why Big Girl was a necessity. Thanks to Volvo for providing Big Girl for this series of videos. The Komatsu dozer does a pretty good job keeping up with Big Girl though.
Awesome video. Having the 550 auto lube sure helps save time. Amazing amount of dirt being moved! Thank u for video, so fun! God's blessings and be careful!!!
Cool.. i watch Tims channel too!. Ive talked with him before as my younger brother is a Timber Dealer here in Georgia & he has 9 loggers that cut for him.. our late Dad was in the Timber industry for about a 40yrs.. Ive watched both of yalls channels for close to a couple yrs now.. always enjoy your videos 😊
You definitely could get quite an assembly line of machines working, the property owner with his 220 loading the haul truck, ethan or robert driving, tim on dozer and roller and you on the 550. It would be very impressive.
Continue with Building that Pond Dam - lets dig and move some Dirt ! Dozer and Excavator working in Harmony - love the Music Track ! Roller Work as well ! You Achieved sooooooo much Today - wow - all that Dirt - all that Progress ! Such Great Video ! You have a great Team Chris ! Many Cheers from us in Australia !!!!
Man, you made my butt pucker when you were running that first cut on the apex of the clay mountain on that back slope .... yikes !!! Loved the time lapse of the trench lift !!!
