love this hour class. I have a question. What is the purpose of the swallow? is it to relax the throat muscles?

Great question! We use the swallow for a few reasons: first to lubricate the throat, second to relax the urge to breathe and third as a reset to prepare for the next breathing technique. Thanks so much for breathing along!

26:52 that type of breathing do you have any video of doing that mouth? also do you show how to calm heavy mouth breathing post workout?is that how sound after workout?

That's a variation of Dynamic Form Breathing that's done through the nose using a Bhastrika technique. Doing that with the mouth would make the technique gas off the CO2 faster and be more difficult for many breathers to sustain as long. I'll add some workout recovery breathing to my video list. Thanks!

Yep! Traditional Pranayama techniques are performed seated, as well as the Dynamic Form Breathing techniques in order to move the arms, BUT the most important part of a breathing practice is to be able to focus on your breath. So let yourself lie down if that helps feel and focus on the breathing better.
