Great question! We use the swallow for a few reasons: first to lubricate the throat, second to relax the urge to breathe and third as a reset to prepare for the next breathing technique. Thanks so much for breathing along!
Very well explained Dani mae . Been looking at many videos on this type of breathing but this one has been most productive for me . Thanks from England Dani 🏴

I am an Indian and I am proud to be an Indian. All Yoga and Pranayam were discovered in India only, which the sages of our country achieved through their intensive research. And today the whole world is adopting this yoga and pranayama.
Thanks so much for breathing along! I have another video for confidence here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wt_GGSgcK5U.htmlsi=ResjUmxZJyPGzxml
Thanks so much for breathing along! I hope it was a good high 😂 I Love the feeling of a good breath practice that gives the same level of soothing that some substances are known to!
This is a technique I saw immediate benefit from. Helped with really bad sinus headache. Even though my pain was moderate, I found that following the mild > moderate > intense cadence added to the focus on breath and away from the pain.
