The leap of faith fails in AC 1 remind me a lot about the assassin who had broken his leg when doing the leap of faith in the beginning of the game when Robert de Sabe attacked the assassin's brotherhood fort

it’s actually caused by running the game at a higher framerate than what it should be played at limit your FPS and you’ll be fine

I actually had a failed myself that I thought was pretty funny while I was playing origins. I was heading to my main objective and coasting along the riverbanks when all of a sudden for no apparent reason, four or five ships just magically jumped into the air floated around for a few minutes and then went right back down. I was laughing so hard I couldn't control it
