After venturing into yin yoga 🧘♀️ with your channel, specifically the shorter practices, tonight was my first time trying an hour long practice. What a mental as well as physical challenge. Also I seemed to ler go a lot of emotional tension that I've kept, since some crappy stuff happened around this time last year. Yin yoga has been a new and exciting experience, and your channel is great, thanks for all the work you put in! 🥰😇🙏

Fell out of practice for a while while we've been renovating. Made a commitment to get back to it this week and I already feel better. Makes it so much easier to sit all evening working on school when I've done yin yoga beforehand. I'm also reading Eckhart Tolle's Power of Now and it's a perfect time to practice being still.
It gets easier and easier. My mind still wanders but it's easier to control than when I started. And sometimes you get these moments where you really weren't thinking at all and it feels so good! Keep it up
LOVE this practice 😍 It truly helped my hips loosen up and my legs feel SO much better too! And I LOVE how easy your instructions are to follow:) I have a pinched nerve in my lower back that causes me back,hip,and leg pain. And your deep yin stretch yoga practices really alleviates the physical tension and stress in my body😊💝 thank you so much Kassandra! 💝
@@yogawithkassandra After a slight knee injury 7 years ago, I haven't been able to loosen the hips up enough to get back into full lotus, this is perfect to loosen it up😄 thanks again!

I have a history of ITB issues and I've been struggling with running for a few years now. My friend told me about Yin Yoga. I have no desire to go to a class because I have a few health issues that mean I have to modify poses. It is so nice to be able to do this at home so that I can get back to running outside where I feel free. Definitely not in a yoga studio. Thank you for offering this!

Hi Kassandra, i love your yoga - so rich with varieties. I practice yoga with your video several times a week. i thoroughly enjoy it. Only one thing for me - sometimes i have to spend 10 to 20 minutes to find and decide which one i would do. I have been thinking if your yoga videos could be grouped (like water element, wood element, ... earth element) into series it would be very easy for people who like me to follow daily without much struggle to decide what to do. Sorry this may be a very selfish suggestion.
Just done this session for the first time. Feel amazing! By the end of the class I could feel blood rushing into my legs, I felt lighter but also more in touch with the ground. So glad your channel popped up in my feed. I’ve subscribed! Xx
I am having some tight hip issues and without exaggerating have watched over 100 RU-vid videos on hips. This is perhaps the best video I have seen: the perfect asanas and perfect length of hold. Thank you.
This is a great class. However I do have a question. I have short and larger/thicker legs than most with the variations of crossing the legs over another is impossible for me to do. I actually had too fast forward the poses that incorporate this. Was there any modifications I can do in lieu of it? Thank you :) Keep up the great classes!

Loved this class I was so relaxed after it. Guess it is true you hold alot of emotions in your hips and good to get rid of that negative emotion. Thanks you are my good to yoga teacher-from another yoga teacher.
First 1hr class of yin, done!…I feel like I’ve been missing out my whole life! … I fast fwd just to see if we get to do shoelace pose & I’m immediately in! 😅
