Thank you for all these classes, I found you 8 weeks ago and are now in to the second class this week. I just love it, my body is really getting a good response. Im almost longing to get up in the morning and to the next weeks new program. Almost back on track with my yoga practice, after years of bad injuries and health problems. Thank you again 🙏

Is there an alternative to cats tail? I’ve never done this before but I’m any pose I can never reach far enough to grab my foot. I tried with a strap but then couldn’t transition into the pose as you described. Apart from that as usual I enjoyed your session thank you.❤
In this video at 27:49 the alternative is shown, where you hold your foot (or use strap) and stay on your side rather than rolling back onto the floor. A small cushion under the head can help. If this still doesn’t work, the simple 1-leg yin twist is the best alternative.
