Pig's tome cosmetic is what all future licensed tomes should aspire to produce. The robe, the crown, the outfit she wore in the movies, all of it is a perfect tribute to Jigsaw. Her father, even now. I was extremely disappointed in Bill's tome. The story was a basic recap of L4D and all of the promotional material implied that we were getting a story about his youth in Vietnam. The outfit is too similar to his original look. They did him an incredible disservice. False advertisement.

4:44 For spirit's skin, It's actually a reference to Japanese spider lillies, poisonous flowers usually planted near graveyards as a sign of respect and often associated with death. This is much more obvious when comparing the flowers on her body to images of a spider lily and cherry blossom side by side.

Another fun fact for Executioner, if you look to the biceps of his Blighted skin compared to the rest of his outfits, the blighted serum actually beefs up his physique.

I don't know where you got this idea from as that is not how Wesker operates. He infects himself with a modified t virus during the events of Resident Evil and infects himself with ouroboros at the end of RE5.

That skin changes some animations. Grab from a locker, hit, hit cooldown, vault, and wiggle stun from what i remember. The Frosty one changes the hit cooldown animation and adds the snow particles. The sounds also change in almost all high rarity skins, the only i don't remember having unique sound effects is Skeletal Mass

8:11 according to leaks, this Cenobite outfit was suppose to also have an unique head piece, but for whatever reason, it was never released and so the outfit only changes his body and chain weapon.

They actually released this outfit with the same head piece as the base skin, which was very scummy, then after the complaints, they removed the head and decreased the overall price of the skin.

I always kind of assumed that the bag over Nurse’s head was an homage to nurses from Silent Hill, who have pillowcases over their heads. The idea of it protecting her from light lines up quite well when you look at her other skins and realize that in all of her cosmetics, her eyes are covered! Super cool observation

Spirit’s Spider Lillies are very closely tied to death, grieving and separation in Japan, it’s so fitting for her 💖 Edit: it’s also a direct contrast to the Cherry Blossom, which symbolizes life and beauty through death and destruction

Something else to note about Pig is that each of her alternate costumes represents a different wielder of the mask. Test Subject is a reference to Amanda herself, having a look similar to her various maroon outfits from Saws I-III, Pig Leather being a reference to Hoffman's various black leather costumes and the one Amanda uses briefly in Saw II, and Deceiver being a reference to when Daniel Rigg had to wear a pig mask in Saw IV.

Test Subject is a pretty direct copy of her outfit in III, just with sleeves added. The flavor text references her role in II in the nerve gas house. I used to think Pig Leather was Hoffman, but since his jacket is not leather and neither is Lawrence's, I believe it's the outfit of one of the other pigheads that attack Hoffman at the end of 7! aka Saw 3D lol. rewatching the scene it's pretty close to the middle pighead who is distinctly in leather with similar studs and not just a black jacket. and also obviously matches her flashback outfit in Saw II.

It’s really cool seeing how much detail BHRV put into their characters & their designs. I know we talk badly about BHRV half the time, but their love for this game and the characters does shine through when you watch a video like this. Great video as always!

I think people talk bad about the game some times, because it's genuinely hard to properly balance a game like this, to make sure that both survivor side, and killer side are both fun to play as, and not have one side be significantly stronger than the other. I think one reason people complain strongly about things they don't like in the game, is because the love the game, and are passionate about it. BHVR may not get everything right, but they are certainly a lot less scummy than companies like EA, or Ubisoft.

Another neat thing about Nemesis' Blight skin, is that the upper torso area and head resemble his Phase 2 look, also from the RE3 REmake

Nemesis’s Blight skin relates to his stage 2 form. The eyes as in the orange eye that the zombies have when nemesis mutates them with the parasite, and His face with no eyes, and the spikes out his back.

skull merchant's weapon in her new outfit seems to be a reference to mantis blades from the cyberpunk 2077/edgerunners series since its a weapon ingame and theres tyger claws seen using them in the show

Another interesting fact: We can see that Dredge has a Maurice skin but Maurice is on the clown map even if we have that skin If you look good you can see that dredge skin has more than one Maurice head That means that the skulls of horses in the skins are probably also the head of Maurice and they could have been there for a long time That means that Dredge has a infinity "food", everytime he consumes Maurice The Entity bring Maurice back to life so anytime that he needs corpses part he just cosumes Maurice and The Entity revive Maurice again and again

So Spirit’s flowery skin is actually based off spider lilies! Those are the flowers growing in and out of her! I believe they’re known to blossom around corpses or dead animals, hence why spirit is covered in them.

4:27 pretty sure those are Spider Lillies, a flower commonly used in association with death, bad luck and disasters since they were planted near graves. The skin even changes her nails for the flower's long slim petals

I mean, they do goof ups with cosmetics all the time. For some reason they call Clown's knife a "butterfly knife" and a recolor of the exact same knife a "switchblade" I think the devs are just goofy.

4:46 It's important to note that this sound change only works if the body of the legion is male. If you use the mask with a female body, you can use the mask, but the sound effect doesn't change. Idk why.

In the spirit skin the red spider lillys are a symbol for blood and death and stuff, like they're supposed to sprout from bloodpools on the battlefield after the war is done

The red flowers on spirit are called Higanbana in Japan, or Red Spider Lilies. The Higanbana in Japan is a symbol of death and you can commonly see these in Japanese folklore and left at graves by mourners. They can also be a bad omen. So in a sense the higanbana on spirit are an omen of your inevitable doom on a hook, but also a cool cultural symbol for her that just makes sense given she's an onryo

I really enjoy the Pinhead outfit. I usually whip it out if I'm gonna be a mean killer. Haven't used the Chatterer skin yet, but I have it. I found that unique that they added Chatterer as a skin. Be even more cool if they got the other two members of the Gash, Nikoletta and Butterball.

Regarding Deathslinger and his alleged feats: true, his harpoon gun only fires up to 18m, and yes he uses it exclusively for bounties, but the lore never said he didnt use normal guns off the clock 🤔

This is a killer conceptThe windigo dead by daylight 4.6m/s 32 meter terror radius Ability Ancient fog this skill lasts for 30 seconds the cool down is 40 seconds this effect causes the map to be covered in a thick fog causes the terror radius to increase to a total of 24 meters and causes all locations of the survivors to be exposed for 2 seconds the wendigo has its speed is decreased to 4.4m/s as long as the ability is active On activation of ancient fog all survivors at all times will have the paranoia status affect + has the ability to crouch at 3.6m/s while you're crouched you will have the undetectable status effect +Wow you're crouched. Can you dash forward over any obstacle and if you hit a survivor while in the animation after the animation triggers the stunned animation for 2/3? seconds

@@snezhnayanpenguin4671 Still after, probably, the doll skin is Dredge after the flesh it was using decayed, while the Maurice skin is simply Dredge's using what is "left" of Maurice to lure prey, and since Maurice just returned I'd say it's the most recent skin lore-wise.
