Glad you like them! Please cook on medium heat. and if your pan is large you may find the central ones getting cooked faster so take careens remove them accordingly
The mix/proportions are same just the grinding process will need to be done in smaller batches as i have found it inconsistent when I try to do it in a mixie.
Whenever I try to make dosha I can't roll it on hotplate I don't have so much as speed this is why dosha batter is sticked on the hotplate and dosha becomes thicker .

Yes...too much millets not good .Excess of everything is bad moreover our body is not for everyday consumption of millets even in olden times our ancestors used to eat rough grains like jaon,jwar,Bajra and corn in daily routine not millets.
