I was lucky to hit on these as well. Surprised with how stiff the midsole ended up being since I had never had a Velosamba before. It's practically a hi end version of such a simple shoe and a very elevated design. Couldn't expect less coming from HAL.

Which do you prefer: the Hal Studios consortium cup superstars concept that never released, or these velosambas? I guess it's hard to compare but I remember you were really rooting for those superstars
If I had to choose, I would have chosen the superstar concept! I think that was such a cool design and there aren't that many interesting superstars that have come out lately. Still hurt that those didn't make the cut.
