There are so many attempts where the interviewer wants Bernie to undermine another candidate or speak badly of them . All in effort to get tomorrows negative headlines against Bernie.

That so-called journalist embarrassed himself when he began talking about healthcare. He sounds like the insurance companies have been bribing him to say this stuff.

Australia moved towards Universal Healthcare in 1974 (It is suspected our then socially conscious government was undermined in 1975 with the help of the CIA... who haven't they done this to?) Despite strong opposition and hiccups the current, wonderful system was fully established in 1984. The US needs to join the civilised world in guaranteeing decent healthcare to all its citizens. :)

I'm Australian. We have Medicare. This week I went to see a doctor for free. I only paid the equivalent of USD $6 for antibiotics and pain relief medication. Stop debating Medicare for all and join the rest of the developed world.

I object to them describing him as a "2020 hopeful." Would they say the same about Joe Biden? If not, why not? Just be objective and refer to both of them as 2020 candidates. It's clear to me that the EMPIRE wants Biden just like the EMPIRE wanted Clinton in 2016.

My whole reaction watching this interview was like Commodus from Gladiator hesitating before a thumbs up or down. Tempted to like the video because they gave Bernie air time, but inclined to dislike the video because of the willfully ignorant questions. I'll go with like. Any air time is good for Bernie, unlike other politicians.

Bernie Sanders has never stopped fighting for the common person and will make a great president soon.

Bernie is the best advocate we have, and he is experienced, and he does not change with the wind or bend. He does not lie or change horses in the middle of the ride. He is a solid rock that cannot be moved from his convictions, and beliefs. I met a couple in 2016 at a private Birthday Party sitting across from me, prior to the 2016 primary elections, who have known Bernie since before he became involved in politics as a career. They lived in the same apartment building with him in Brooklyn. Bernie is still a friend of theirs, and sometimes stays with them when in California. What they had told me about Bernie is that you cannot corrupt or change him. He stands where he stands. That's the kind of recommendation I will trust.

They will blast him over his age but for me his age isn’t the slightest issue.

Everyone in America Knows Insurance Companies are in Business of Collecting Premium $$, NOT in PAYING $ 4 Claims!!

I love Bernie. I may not agree with some of his proposed policies, but I am leaning hard for him. In 2018, I had some very serious health issues. I paid over $7k in medical expenses. (I was billed over $128k) As a result of my health, I only made $22k last year. I also donated about $1,200 to charities. After my big tax break? I got $320 in my federal return. If it had been 2017, I would have received around $3k. When I read the proposed tax reform last year, I had a meltdown. I knew this was really bad for middle and lower class.

"What, what, what about people who love their private health insurance?" What a load of crock! I have had employer provided insurance at several employers I have worked for. It meant non-stop collection letters and calls from medical care providers who were not paid in a timely fashion. It meant countless refusals to cover doctor recommended medications and therapies. It was a total refusal to cover pre-existing conditions. Yes, I know they can't do that anymore thanks to ACA, but you know they can't wait to ban them again if given the chance. Private insurance means ever higher deductibles and co-pays as companies try to cut their expenses. It means we have to stay in jobs we don't like just to stay alive. The ACA was an effort to help those who couldn't get private insurance. If we get Medicare-for-All, we would have absolutely no reason to have private insurance. Maybe some of the rich want a private hospital room with gold bathroom fixtures. They are welcome to buy private insurance for that.
