Why white people always say this? Everyone puts effort in their hair.. it’s like y’all trying to say our hair is “hard” or something. It’s just gets dry quicker and has tangles.

it's an uphill battle that can never be won! I've been doing black hair for over 50 years, and it only stays done for a short amount of time. It reverts right away! if it's hot your style is over. any little moisture or rain will turn it back! Black hair is so unpredictable. It refuses to stay straight no matter what you do. I thought at one time relaxer was the answer...then your hair says hell Naw I'd rather break off than be relaxed straight. Sometime all you can do is put on the wig and go on about your way!

I’ve been using this hair dryer for about 3 years. What works best for me is slowly pulling it down my hair and twisting it as it nears the ends. This provides enough tension to straighten the hair, but leave some bounce to it. There is another channel called Makeup by Lisa J that has a tutorial (she’s white, different hair type) but seeing it will be easier to understand than my explanation. Anyway, great tool!

I will be using this with my natural hair from now on. My hair is very tightly coiled and detangling was very hard because I lose so much hair. Today, I found this dryer in my closet. I was so afraid to use it. To much surprise, it didn't get my hair bone straight, but it was enough to be able to part and twist it easier. I'm no longer considering texlaxing!
