I live within walking distance of this house. If I had the money, I would walk in with my chequebook tomorrow. Or I could get almost the same property on the outskirts of London for ten times the asking price. However, my wife thinks the garden is too small. FFS! Does she want to kill me mowing acres of grounds?! I'm too old for that!
UK developers please make good use of spaces in newly built over 1m houses especially the principal bedroom to have a good size, separated toilet with door and a small window, shower and bath suite with double sinks plus a good size walk in wardrobe/dressing area. Also a good size kitchen with a pantry besides the separated utilities. This house is nice but did not make good use of the spaces. Come on step it up!
The light fixtures are really terrible. All of them are overdone and ill suited to the home. The situation of the home is very poor - way too close to the neighbours.
The house itself is very nice but why have that carpet up those beautiful stairs, other houses are too close, if you cough up that much money for a house at least get someone like Nina Campbell to design the interior!
I'm sure your seller was very impressed with your ignorance in describing this property. Just to let you and your colleagues know, sinks are only in kithens and utility rooms. Bathrooms and ensuite's have basins not SINKS. very unprofessional by you.
