The best way to eliminate shoe odor, is the antimicrobial shoe insole PodoPhylus that slowly releases iodine gas and sterilizes the shoe. It works for diabetic foot too. Lasts for months...
Tbh the only thing that'll work with very stinky and very used shoes is a good routine: before wearing them use shoe antiperspirant spray, leaving them in open air after, periodically changing/washing the insoles, cleaning your feet daily and using new, good socks. Also: if possible, try interchanging two or three pairs of shoes to let them have enough time to dry between wearing periods. Depending on the material of your shoes, you could also wash them with some manual clothing detergent and soaking them in the sun until completely dry.
You right. I guess it works in some extent. Like, this method would not work if the shoes already got some breeds of bacteria living in there for months. Like this one other solution that may work from the other RU-vidr - ru-vid.combv-jU7ua4Pc
Depends on the severity of how stinky the shoes are. Yes, this is like a temporary band aid if your sneakers have bacterial growth, damp, and/or fungal growth.
