Thanks for being so honest! I feel like most people would just throw a filter on and say they’re satisfied and then get a revision behind the scenes. I’m actually just now three months out from my rhinoplasty and while there are some tiny tiny aspects that I’m not happy with, I feel as though we see so many people go through revisions and it just slowly gets worse and worse till their nose can’t support itself. I’m not saying you shouldn’t get it done, but I’m only hoping that you find what you’re looking for and get to a place where you can accept how nice it looks knowing it might not ever be 1000% perfect. Love you!
Dear Antonia, your new nose is just perfect. It suits your face so much. Even if it has any imperfections embrace them because Flawed is beautiful 💋 I have a really ugly nose and I aint got that kind of money to get a nosejob done under the best surgeon. I am trying to learn to embrace my nose and love it the way it is. Yours is just so perfect rn, I just dont want anything to go wrong with your nose in a revision rhino. I follow you and I absolutely adore you
Hi Antonia, I think you should message the assistant and Dr Resit a couple times before you give up. They are slow and they need reminders. I have been there. Also I don’t want to discredit your feelings but I don’t see anything wrong with your nose! It’s literally goals.
Your nose looks amazing. It suit your face. You are beautiful inside out. If you are seeking for the perfection, you will go under the knife over and over again.
Coming from someone who’s not you. It looks fine. I don’t see a bump at all. If anything it looks straight. Not to be invalidating just reassuring you this is definitely not something that strangers are looking at. You look amazing.
it doesnt look like its operated which is amaaaazing because when it s perfect nosejob but looks operated it doesnt look beautiful at all you just look at the nose and say yeah its nice surgery but when its natural result you pay attention the rest of your beauty and it s important it suits your face ! u look amaazing
I had rhino in California and same thing, my slope went away & its due to the tip falling. I went to Turkey for revision and my surgeon specializes in strong tips so theres no more loss of slope. Im finally happy!
I watched all of your rhinoplasty related videos and I felt the need to comment. First of all thank you bc they're definitely very helpful. I hope you're well. I don't if you did a revision or if you're going to but either way I wish you the best of luck . I would like to drop my two cents. First of all I know what you feel. I had a rhinoplasty almost 3 years ago. I've been there. My experience was very different. I got botched. I went to lawyers ( like 4 of them to sue) and then I went to multiple doctors. All of them said my nose is very messed. o be more specific I had open roof ( it's when the bones are showing on the bridge of the nose). I also have step off deformity and pinched nostrils, I can't even breath properly. Now after three years of struggling I'm about to have a second rhinoplasty. I'm saying this to know that I'm not against revisions at all. All that being said. I kind of see what you're mentioning in your video. Your concern is valid but please weight the cons and pros of a revision. Your situation seems to have more risks than advantages going back for a second rhinoplasty. Do you think it's worth a the pain all over again? Are you sure that the revision isn't going to leave you with other concerns? I'm really saying it out care , please be aware of what you're risking. Your nose really looks 99% perfect. It really matches your features and your face. It looks natural and it healed nice , without causing any harm. I know we see" ideal " noses online. But most of those have imperfections too or are edited. Every nose looks different on each person that's why we all have different results. Anyway I wrote too much. Again, I hope everything works out for you , whatever the choice may be.
This exactly how I’m feeling right now been going through so much emotions depressed and it’s only been a week since my cast removal. I didn’t get what I asked for and I payed a lot of money considering that it’s in turkey. The nurse told me that my nose needs more of a constructive surgery than beautifying it. I regret it everyday that I’m in a really bad state right now..I don’t think I will ever heal from it. I can’t go for a revision because I payed a lot of money and no one will support me for it.
@@Umdean Oh I'm so sorry.Trust me you're not alone at this. A lot of people including myself have had similar experiences. Try (even though it's hard) to have patience fro at least a few more months before making any decisions about it. It will change a lot in the meantime. It's still very early to know exactly what the end result is.
@@DeanithForeverYoung thank you babe! I am really trying to be positive but when I read his negative reviews about people complaining that it got worst after a year I literally had a panic attack. But I’m praying that it will be exactly what I wanted. Also I’m extremely sorry for what happened to you, I hope you will get the nose of your dreams ❤️ please keep me updated if you don’t mind!!
@@girlwithoutacountry644 I’m doing so much better thank you for asking💗. My nose is so pretty now and I’m so grateful. It’s obviously not completely healed since I’m only 4 month post up but what I would tell you is that nose job needs a lot of patience, positivity and care in order for you to get what you want, nothing comes easy. I did have anxiety through it and still am since it looks completely different everyday and having to get used to it but it’s still better than my nose before and I’m so happy!!
Hello there. I always enjoy your videos. However my opinion in this case is different: you are free to do what ever you want, but is a reality that revision rhinoplasty takes more risks than a primary rhinoplasty. Your Dr will explain you this. So... For trying to fix something non- existing, new issues can appear on your nose. And also, your actual nose is beautiful, I think Dr Resit is so talented. That nose is perfect for you. That "bump" that you see is actually non-existing. Consider that may be what you feel is scar tissue. And consider that going under the knife again will cause more scar tissue which is natural.
I'm in the exact same situation as you right now. My nose was amazing when I got my cast off (and for 1 month after) when all of a sudden it started "expanding" and I no longer had that cute upturned look. I'm only 5 months post op right now so I hope things get better, but my tip is very swollen to the point where I hate my right side because my 3/4 turn looks like I still have a saggy/hooked tip like my old nose. This was the thing I hated most about my old nose and made that very clear in my consultation. I'm just praying the swelling goes down 🙏 and I'm praying for you as well girl! I hope you find your happiness 💜
@@anon2349 I posted that a month ago and I now have a bump forming on my bridge on my left side at 3/4 angle. It's seriously so disheartening. I contacted my doctor and they said lumps and bumps can form during healing but that it can go away after. I really hope it does
I have the same issue with mine! :( I've told my doctor that its made me cry since January (I'm 7 months post op now) and he said that I have no right to be upset because he got rid of my hump on my bridge. But the tip sticks out far like my old nose did and it makes me so sad because we pay so much $$ and I didnt get what I wanted. I feel helpless. And definitely working on getting him to fix it bc I cry so much when I see it now. But 2 months post op it was cute and upturned a little and scooped profile. Ugh lol
Please don't do your nose it's perfect, and that slop is so nice , please don't play with your nose too much, a human surgon will never be a God , you will fix sth and ruin sth else , so please dear , try to accept yourself i really wish i can have your current nose
You look great! think your nose is still swollen. They say 1 year, but it usually takes 1,5 years and ever longer to completely heal and go back to normal
Hi Antonia - I had your same problem; 1 year later I had a bump that wasn’t there before and went to my doctor and he injected steroids and now my nose is back to being cute again. Schedule a consultation with a surgeon in the UK, I’m sure they can inject you with the same.
can you give more information about the bump thats now away? i have one too and it looks really like a bone sticking out, its almost the same one as antiona.
Hey Antonia, Have you considered a small course of kenalog/corticosteroid injections? This could possibly be scar tissue and the injections can help break this down without needing to go under the knife again. You could ask your surgeon if he’s be willing to do it or I found a dr in Essex, Professor Chatrath who offers them. They’re definitely worth having a look into and I noticed huge results a couple of weeks after the kenalog shots in terms of fine tuning xx
Hi..im not trying to patronize you ..you seem smart and savy and down to earth ...but i honestly can't see the bump ...your nose looks more natural now. That is just me though im not you. You have to make your own decisions of course. And of course i can't see it in real life. Good luck with it. I hope it goes well.
Is your nose the reason you stopped posting videos? The same surgeon did my nose and I wish it looked like yours, your result is so natural and an example of a really well done nose job while mine is still piggy and the slope looks bumpy and unnatural. I promise you no one else notices the small irregularities like zooming in and facing a certain angle to look for a "bump" when it goes with your overall facial beauty.
Hi! I just got a nose job as well and I think that your nose looks amazing. I understand what you mean though about the little bump. I believe that is called a “polly beak deformity” which is a complication that can occur after a rhinoplasty. You’re totally valid in being picky about your nose… you paid for it! I hope that your revision goes well 💕
Your nose looks so good, but of course you have to be satisfied so do what you need to feel confident. You look gorgeous and unless you look very closely the bump isn't apparent. I'd be interested to see a revision vlog.
thanks for your honesty girl. I think you look STUNNING !!! and compared to how it looked before its a huge success, however I get what you're saying but id consider revision or maybe wait a bit longer cause revisions are always way more complicated as the very first rhinoplasty surgery. I went to resit as well and I am three weeks post OP, so thank you for sharing this
Oh no I am so sorry this happened Antonia! I booked my rhinoplasty with him in September and I agree, the one thing that makes me feel very uneasy is the communication between me and the Doctor/Assistant. I almost went with another Doctor because of that. That said, I 100% would love to see the revision video/vlog and hope everything goes as planned with your revision surgery and you get your dream nose!
Thank you for sharing 💖 In my opinion your nose looks beautiful even with the little bump, it suits you so well!!! I got mine done 7 months ago and I feel like my tip is still big, did yours shrink up until the 1 year mark?
I’ve had three nose jobs and in my last revision I’ve been left with the same bump that you have. Looks like a scar tissue to me and a revision will only cause more scar tissue. Did u ever get steroid injections?
Hi, I was thinking the same with Marissa, because I have the same experience. Your nose looks fabulous; for the bump, I guess that's from scar tissue. Some people (like me) have sensitive skin, especially after stitches from surgery. Greetings from Canada. You are looking gorgeous, beautiful and perfect! 💖💖💖🍾🥂l
I am VERY unhappy with the assistant: Masha who now goes by Maria. I paid for a whole package. Including flights I paid 10000 euro for this whole procedure. She did not provide me with any help while I was in Turkey recovering either. The doctor however is wonderful.
I got my nose job from Dr. Resit a month ago (really do love him, echo all the same comments) and I have a bump developing. I sent photos to Volkan and he was dismissive and cold. I was freaking out for three days. I reached out to the doctor himself and he was so nice. Volkan then messages me rudely and told me to only follow up through him. It was a month so I asked if I could resume exercise and drinking wine again. He said “you already know what to do.” But he’s consistently said they don’t have written guidelines because everyone is different. He’s insisting the bump will go away but seeing this, I’m getting nervous. It feels hard and bony. He says to just do massage. I might get a consult for a steroid shot done stateside. I love Dr. Resit, he’s so skilled and kind, but the post op with the assistant has been sad.
I had my surgery also in Turkey also 1 year and 7 months ago, I also have a bump, I messaged my doctor at 3 months then 5 months and a few ago and tbh he said to me not to expect "perfection" which has left me annoyed, I looked into steriod injections for my swelling but unfortunately for the bump its not swelling, it's a callus, I would love to go for a revision also for my bump. I was quoted €800, which it's not that it's just flying out and going through all over it again, my nose is still super swollen although my Dr said it's my final results, although I hope it's not, I'm gonna hold out to the 2 year mark, I went with volkan kahya, my nose is definitely way better than before my breathing is also perfect it's just the bump and my nose seemingly more wider and swollen 😩
You look stunning! I am getting mine tomorrow. I am not nervous at all ..I just am not looking forward to the recovery, and NOT being able to work out is going to be hard...I'm a runner so I will have to wait a bit I believe,
@@nargusjoy5406 HI!! Thank you so much for asking. well I am exactly 3 weeks out today. It looks better, It's honestly a really hard process to be frank. When I first got my cast off, I was actually really HAPPY with the results...but things change, swelling-- your mind messes with you....and it just is a whirl wind of emotions. I am a very active person so not being able to work out for 3 weeks has been SO ROUGH. But today I can start up again..... which will help move some of the FOG from my mind. It's jus honestly mentally hard......it's crazy. But I have a twin sister, and she is brutally honest. She told me she loves how it looks and said I look way prettier. But-- I'm not healed. It's still really puffy, most the tip and the side is swelling so it looks crooked. It's annoying, but I'm only 3 weeks. Anyways, thank you so much once again.
@@ivoryglass3589 you’re welcome! I’m so glad to hear that hun! So cool that you have a twin BTw! I’m so happy for you and anyone who gets to correct their nose. 🥰🥰🥰 I get mine done next week by him! Wish me luck 🥰
@@nargusjoy5406 AWW BEST OF LUCK HUNNY!!! Just remember, it's mind over matter. I hope the best for you, I know you will be okay. DO you have someone to take care of you? I couldn't do anything for the first two days. I bought this thing off amazon.com that is kind of like this elevated cushion that helps keep my head up when I sleep. I still use it. It's saved me and helped me fall asleep easier on my back. It also has a cushion to put under your knees to keep you comfortable. Do you go on amazon? IF you want me to send you the link I will.
I think your nose looks lovely 😌. I have had open surgery a week ago and my worry is the cast never looked straight and when it was removed my tip is not central and it’s really worrying me. Did you find your tip wasn’t straight to start with? Thanks!
Hi, I’m sorry just saw the older comment. I went to Dr Reddy in Manchester. I’m about 18 months post op and unfortunately my nose is no different and I need revision. Please don’t think this could be the case for yourselves though because swelling is so normal but unfortunately I went with a surgeon who botched me as well as many others.
Where are you planning to get the revision? I am planning a rhinoplasty with dr.Restit for December and I’m a little anxious about it... Btw you’re nose looks so good 😍!
Hey! I’m one month post op and the slope dropped down, not fully, but I notice a big difference! I asked Antonia’s about hers because I was curious, but let’s be patient with the swelling 🥰 I’m barely starting to like how my nose looks at one month
Okay I'm really disappointed and jealous rn 🥺people like you don't appreciate good things that happens to you💯 your nose was horrible but after getting it done beautifully no there's a bump here😳 let me tell you i can't see it if I were to wear a microscope I wouldn't be able to see it💯nothing is wrong with it now it's perfect let it heal first to see the final result give yourself time 🥺if you were such a picky person you should have picked someone who is more experienced 🤔I envy you actually I have psychological problems with my looks especially my nose and I can't afford something like that 😥just be thankful and that's enough 💯 thanks
You should definitely call the office and schedule another post op. Just call to get the answers you need but also you nose looks great! I’m getting mine in November and I just want an improved nose that breathes better and looks better. In no way should we seek perfection with these things because it is a very slippery slope. Maybe you are just having scar tissue build up and you just need to go see ur doctor …
Do you think you’ll get a discount on revision? Because that doctor was responsible... I read on RealSelf that some do it for free if it was their surgery, only pay for anesthesia
Its not the doctors fault !!! The thing is our Dna have memories, and our noses want to try to go back to his natural state, thats Why some people nose job, grow back their buumps. So yeah, you may need a
False, nose bumps cannot "grow" back, once the bone is shaved down, it does not just simply grow back. The bumps are mostly likely what we call a callus, which unfortunately I have as well.
Dear Antonia, your nose looks absolutely perfect. Even with the mini bump. Please dont do a revision surgery. I had mine done due to a tumor, but the doctor changed my nose so so much. Right now its a piggy nose with a swollen columella. I'm 2 weeks post op if it wasn't for the tumor I wouldve never ever done a revision. I loved my nose and right now I'm kinda freaking out. My face looks totally dofferent with an upturned nose. I hope it drops to what it was before.. I just wanted to genuinly warn you.
You look gorgeous!! Shit you didn't get a response. Ughhhh my nose has two bones poking out now!! My surgeon said it might be water retention, yeah whatever! I won't even bother mentioning it again. Check out my update if you're interested in not feeling alone in this experience LOL. I know I'm glad I'm not alone!! I think I'll want a revision later down the line, let's see after a year tho. Good luck getting it redone, really hope it goes well. It is really disappointing, I totally feel you!!
Please i have a question, i had a surgery septoplasty and rhinoplastie, with the same doctor Dr Resit BK and i want to ask you if you had cold air when you had breath the first days Sorry for my english i m french. Thank you girl💓
Your nose is doing the same that mine is from the side is fine but from that angle that you talk about the bump I have it too and I hate it cause I thought now taking pics I was going to be able to take any angle and feel good about it but I don't I hate it. I look at my nose in the Mirror so much and as I turn my nose it's there and it makes the nose looked curved down instead of straight.
I'm 4 months and 3 weeks post surgery and my hump I had before surgery is starting to appear again. I wonder when 6 months fully pass it will go down or sth? Or should I go to my surgeon again😅😭
I have my surgery with him June 28th and this is one of my biggest fears when it comes to my nose, the #1 thing that I want is a slope and I'm afraid that I will get a slope and slowly disappearing and getting a bump where the dent was made to give the slope illusion
You don’t need to have another surgery u need kenalog shots. That bump is scar tissue u need to get the kenalog shots in your nose so the bump goes away
Iam sorry for dpezki g my mind just I think that your surgeon should do the revision for free firdt'y 7000 is far too expensive for turkey I paid mine 2500 iam 11 weeks post op it is still very swallen mine bump too but I hope it disappear otherwise my doctor said he will take care of revision if necessary
The only thing that I've been noticing with your rhinoplasty is that the space between the top of the lip and your nose got huge, you definitely look into a lip lift, I've done the same, it changed the face for the better and I enjoyed my nose more
I’m currently 6 months post op from my revision rhinoplasty and I have a bump that showed up as well :( and I feel like my nose tip is too high, I’m gonna wait until a year to see if it’s just swelling..,, i really hope it is just swelling
so sad how people are so vain to keep doing elective beauty medical procedures during a pandemic where people are in dire need of surgical masks, gloves, sanitizer, needles so kudos to u for taking away those precious resources
