@@nobisuke499 right! I commented to showcase the irony in the title which is a clickbait .. ppl know her for her hair, but at the end the wisdom is “eat and sleep good”. All who look after for general tip to good hair or even good health is very much subjective to person, location, climate, season, genetics and to a large extent water we drink. Long story short, healthy living style cannot be generalized it is evolved. On the name of modernization we lost centuries worth of customized health tips passed on my families and area.
