Throughout this epic cheat day we see who can eat the most calories within a 12 hour time period. All recipes have to come from Greg Doucette's Anabolic Kitchen cookbook! The book consists of high volume low calorie foods making this challenge much more difficult than a typical calorie challenge you would see on youtube.
